* ArtistsAreNotArchitects/AlienGeometries: Baman's house has no way of moving, and Piderman's house is just absurd.

''[[http://www.mondomedia.com/shows/bamanpiderman/ Baman Piderman]]'' is a WebAnimation by Alex Butera and Lindsay Small, featured on [[http://www.mondomedia.com/ Mondo Media]]. It follows the lives of Baman, Piderman, and several others who inhabit a white, empty landscape while having surreal adventures. New episodes were sometimes featured on ''AttackOfTheShow''.

Baman and Piderman are basically crudely-drawn Franchise/{{Batman}} and Franchise/{{Spider-Man}} knock-offs with weight gain and toddler-like intelligence. They live in separate houses, with Baman coming over to Piderman's house in nearly every episode. Their two friends, Pumkin and Tuba, live in Piderman and Baman's houses, respectively. Later episodes introduce characters like Dese Guys (off-color versions of Baman and Piderman with deeper voices who live in Piderman's basement), Baman's boss (a giant, yellow cat-like thing that comes and goes as it pleases), and Squib (a mass of green tentacles that acts like a {{Tsundere}} towards Pumkin). The show is mostly absurd humor wrapped around occasional hints at a much darker subtext... which usually turns out to be more absurd humor. Unfortunately, the series was CutShort, with [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=GAYGord2rGo "Play Da Concert"]] being the final episode to be funded by Mondo Media in 2012. In more recent development news, however, the creators [[HappilyMarried (now Lindsay and Alex Small-Butera)]] began a [[https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1523165009/baman-piderman-make-da-show Kickstarter]] to fund the final 5 episodes planned out for the second season [[WrapItUp to give the series some closure]]. It reached its target funding in two days, and will have an additional two episodes, an [[LeFilmArtistique arthouse film]] directed by Dose Guys, a FilmNoir starring Baman, and a music video by Creator/NeilCicierega.

* MundaneUtility: Piderman has the same abilities as {{Spider-Man}}, such as walking on walls and the ability to shoot webs out of his wrists. He uses these for unnecessary purposes, such as grabbing small objects or dragging himself along the ground instead of walking.

* DepthDeception: ''Happy Winter Friends'' starts with a traditional opening credits set on a closeup of falling snowflakes... until you realize this isn't a close up, they're actually giant snowflakes.

** After hatching from a tree in "Happy Winter Friends: Part 2", a green mass of tentacles comes to live with Baman and Piderman under the name of Squib, takes Baman's job, and becomes a love interest for Pumkin.

** Pumkin and Squib.

* MagicFeather: In ''Happy Winter Friends (Part 2)'', turns out the wish was ''literally'' inside of Baman all along.

* NotWhatItLooksLike: In "Play Da Concert", Squib sees Wanda and Pumkin holding hands. [[spoiler: He's just thankful that she saved him from rotting and gave him a body.]]

** When Baman got pupils he gained ''telepathic powers''.
