[[WMG: The events of Ruby Quest and its recurring cycle imply what would happen in Daisy Quest, if such a Quest had ever been seriously written.]]
During the events of Ruby Quest, three subjects escape, leaving three behind (ignoring Lucy, who seems to have either died or fled the Glen over a year ago with most of the doctors). The three subjects in either group are: a female protagonist who begins her quest locked in a locker (Ruby, Daisy), a male protagonist located elsewhere in the facility (Tom, Stitches), and a late-story male addition to the trio who is initially physically trapped in a dark area and is shown to be terrified near the end of Ruby Quest (Jay, Nook). In addition, during Ruby Quest, two faculty members die, and two survive. In both extremes, the group is comprised of one doctor (Red/Filbert) and one member of security (Bella/Ace).

If we take these parallels to their logical extreme, we can assume that if a real Daisy Quest were to come into existence: Daisy meets up with Stitches and has a few encounters with Filbert and Ace. Later, Filbert perma-dies like Red does in Ruby Quest, and after a bunch of exploring, running from Ace, and revelations, the duo finds a way to kill Ace. Just like in Ruby Quest, the death of a security member angers Cjopaze, putting the duo on a ticking clock to escape the facility. For one reason or another, they take pity on Nook and free him from his fleshy chains, escaping from the facility and leaving Cjopaze as the only one left down there. Alternatively, combined with the fact that lower floors of the facility seem to be disintegrating into nothing over time, Cjopaze might escape the Glen alongside the new trio, leading to a Bad End. Of course, without Bella helping Daisy's Quest, who knows how many years her cycle would loop compared to Ruby's 1 year?

This isn't really so much wild mass guessing as it is a logical conclusion, one that went unstated at least in the Website/FurAffinity flash version.

It Got Worse de-wicking.

It's the only thing that the outside world doesn't have, and they did seem to be studying the heart used to open the locker. Its amazing regenerative capabilities would seem ideal for testing on live subjects, and it did seem to work. [[ItGotWorse At first.]]

* Subject 2 had been off the treatment for quite a while when Filbert euthanized her. That was the whole point: see how long after they were taken off the treatment the revivification would work.

[[WMG: The "cure" requires a death by violent trauma to really kick in. Or at least, just violent trauma.]]
Hence why the euthanized subject didn't come back, where everyone else did. She died peacefully, from her systems shutting down, as opposed to the body having to regenerate tissues, like Red's cheek or Tom the cat's... everything.

[[WMG:Red did actually come back once.]]
This isn't really so much wild mass guessing as it is a logical conclusion, one that went unstated at least in the FurAffinity flash version.

When Stitches comes back to life, Red, who killed Ruby a few days prior, realizes that Ruby will return as well, and tries to avoid the problem by offing himself. He figured since he hadn't taken the medication, he would simply die and get away. I think he ''succeeded''; he did successfully kill himself on that day. However, he did not know that Ace, under Filbert's orders, was lacing his food with the medication, resulting in his revival.

Because he only died once, as opposed to the several other times Ruby and Tom did, any mutations he may have were probably at best minor and, if anything and assuming the mutations are related to the injuries the patients had before, was most likely that [[MoreTeethThanTheOsmondFamily ridiculously toothy laugh]]. Because he only died once, it's likely the mutation did not have much of a chance to recur and build like the others.
