The last recorded note by George Trevor is undated, but listed after the discovery of his own tombstone. It speaks of a secret room even Spencer doesn't know about. Sure, it's only intended to point the player toward the costume room, but it does seem uncharacteristic of George that he would be undone by the simple switch hidden on his tombstone.

Before he died, George was discovered in the underground coffin room, weakened from starvation and [[GoMadFromTheIsolation maddened by his isolation and being within a hair's breadth of his gravestone]]. Spencer subsequently had him experimented on just like his daughter, and after they tried to dispose of the zombie he became, ended up as the first Crimson Head, who managed to [[TheDogBitesBack kill four researchers who tried to feed him]] before subsequently being frozen and placed in a coffin.
