She has no training obviously, but she has a high potential for it can even channel it unconciously. How else could a human teenager make the [[BigBad Mighty Dio]] bleed with just a slap?

*** Unfortunately, these events actually took place on separate nights. The sunrise saves him from the vampire drunkard and he comes back the mansion after sunset. In the same clothes. This might suggest sleep deprivation had a hand in his behavior.

His whole "becoming a vampire" thing screams impulsiveness, so it wouldn't be out of the question to assume that he was drunk while randomly deciding to put on a mask that will transform him into a vampire.

** I'll take it a step further and say that every action Dio took that night was because he was extremely inebriated. That's why he gave into his impulses and killed those bums in such gruesome manner not caring that it could easily be traced back to him if anyone saw.

[[WMG: Dio was drunk when he became a vampire]]
Basically, for most of the part, Dio was shown to be rather calm and collected, not prone to impulsive actions.
His whole "becoming a vampire" thing screams impulsiveness, so it wouldn't be out of the question to assume that he was drunk while randomly deciding to put on a mask that will transform him into a vampire.

During this scene, Speedwagon talks about how, in the Arctic, they treat frostbite by cutting open dead seals and sticking the affected limb in. This, combined with how Zeppeli acts like Speedwagon is really putting his life on the line, makes me think that Araki actually intended for Speedwagon to cut open his own belly in order to save Zeppeli's arm, changed his mind for whatever reason, but elected to keep a modified version of the scene in.
