Hopefully the GrandFinale of Elements of Justice will give the Wright team, the Mane 6, and '''''all the victims''''' (defendants and [[spoiler:sympathetic conscriptors]]) endings that [[ThrowTheDogABone throw bones]] or [[RayOfHopeEnding shine rays of hope]] after everything they've gone through through. With everything happening right now, it would be satisfying, comforting, and heartwarming to get an ending where both teams are able to defeat the [[GreaterScopeVillain Greater Scope Villains]](whether they be Equity and the rest of the Equestrian Council or someone else), the defendants are able to go back to their normal lives [[spoiler:and the sympathetic wrongdoers are given pardons and are also to go back to their lives]]. After all the suspense, it would be very sweet to see everyone happy and relieved to put it all behind them.

Equity is shown multiple times to be sowing the seeds of doubt and distrust amongst the cast, making them question why so many secrets are being kept from them and each other. She's also shown in her brief appearance at the end of Case 2 to basically take the Wright Anything Agency's beliefs to greater lengths than they do, being willing to force the truth to come out regardless of the consequences. As such, it's possible that she sees Equestria and certain privileged groups (especially the Mane Six and the two Sisters) as being corrupt and too lenient on deception and constantly keeping the truth away from others to benefit themselves, whether through putting Twilight into a position of power based on vague arbitrary reasons and grand plans, or being willing to cover up the death of Royal Order (possibly how she views Luna, due to the latter letting [[FriendToAllChildren her biases about children]] push her to try to manipulate Athena into a specific conclusion).\\

As such, [[WellIntentionedExtremist Equity and whomever else she might be working with is trying to create a society where the truth is always exposed]], and deception and lies are not only revealed, but also actively not even allowed to exist out of her hatred for the failings of society to constantly mask the truth to preserve certain falsehoods. However, her callousness is motivated by a combination of her sadness for Royal Order and it's possible that there's also a strong dislike of the Mane Six and their benefactors playing part in it. Thus, she doesn't care about the consequences of that kind of society or what kind of harm her actions might be causing, putting her into an antagonistic position.

\n\n!! Trucy Wright will be the defense in one of the cases.
She wants to avert the TagalongKid thing, and having seen Phoenix, Apollo, and Athena in action, she decides to helm a case herself, despite not actually being a lawyer. She takes an Equestrian law exam and passes, earning her own badge, though it might not be valid back on Earth.
* She will make use of the Perceive mechanic Apollo uses, although without his bracelet, she won't have as many opportunities as he does.

!! The final villain who orchestrated all deaths will get banished
* I am unfamiliar with MLPFiM but from what I get, it seems malevolent force (as evil as classical DisneyVillain) isn't unusual. Back in Turnabout Storm, I predict correctly nobody's gonna get punished (it is an accident) because banishment seems like such a harsh punishment even for a random OC.
* EoJ is already SpoiledByTheFormat : There are five cases, there's no way all of them can be accident or suicide (even first case is sus) and the fact Twilight specifically calls Phoenix, and people - er ponies, dying right and left. And now second case is confirmed to be murder - er, manslaughter.
* Twilight (and likely Luna) knows there are some forces that specifically orchestrated deaths to happen. It wouldn't make sense in 'normal' Ace Attorney settings, but in more magical settings, brainwashing or mind control or emotional manipulation would be justified.
* Twilight specifically called experienced lawyer(s) from the first case, because she knew there would be multiple deaths (and cases) to follow. Equestria is under threat.
* If the said villain is the same level threat as Chrysalis or Discord, and probably omnipotent/immortal, then "banishment to the moon/sun" is an acceptable punishment, compared to straight "execution" in Ace Attorney setting. It's kinda like "Disney Death". The villain probably isn't really die (couldn't die) but is no longer a threat.
** I can't exactly pinpoint who's the villain, given my knowledge of MLPFiM is limited from wiki, but my guess it will be an OC. It will be a character who's the opposite elements of justice (assuming Phoenix and co. represent elements of justice). And it must be someone strong enough that banishment to the sun isn't exactly a death sentence. If such a character existed in canon they will be the first suspect.
** Bonus point if s/he can have human form, or originally a human (they mentioned humans existed anyway). Or, alternatively, if Phoenix and co. have pony forms so they can use their elements of justice and defeat him for real.

threat.
* If the said villain is the same level threat as Chrysalis or Discord, and probably as omnipotent/immortal, then "banishment to the moon/sun" is an acceptable punishment, compared to straight "execution" in Ace Attorney setting. It's kinda like "Disney Death". The villain probably isn't really die (couldn't die) but is no longer a threat.
threat.
** I can't exactly pinpoint who's the villain, given my knowledge of MLPFiM is only limited from wiki, but my guess it will be an OC. It will be a character who's the opposite elements of justice (assuming Phoenix and co. represent elements of justice). And it must be someone strong enough that banishment to the sun isn't exactly a death sentence. If such a character existed character existed in canon they will be the first suspect.

*** Bonus point if s/he can have human form, or originally a human (they mentioned humans existed anyway). Or, alternatively, if Phoenix and co. have pony forms so they can use their elements of justice.

!! The final villain who orchestrated all deaths will get banished
* Look I am unfamiliar with MLPFiM but from what I get the gist of it, it seems malevolent force (almost as evil as classic Disney Villain) isn't unusual. Back in Turnabout Storm, I predict correctly nobody's gonna get punished (it is an accident) because banishment seems like such a harsh punishment even for a random OC.
* Now EoJ is already spoiled by the format : There were five cases, there's no way all of them can be accident or suicide (even first case is sus) and the fact Twilight specifically calls Phoenix, and people - er ponies, dying right and left. And it is confirmed to be murder - er, manslaughter, as the second case.

!! Apollo will take the case due to his memories of Clay
* With [[spoiler: Rarity as the defendant and at the real risk of her friends and loved ones never seeing her again]], Apollo will likely feel compelled to defend [[spoiler: her]] due to not wanting [[spoiler: her]] friends to go through the same pain he did when Clay died. It could also be him mentioning Clay in conversation that will prompt Rainbow Dash to reconcile with Rarity, [[spoiler: as it will cause it to sink that she's at the real risk of losing Rarity for good]], and prompt Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle to try burying the hatchet.

!! The finale will be a SurprisinglyHappyEnding
With everything happening right now, it would be satisfying, comforting, and heartwarming to get an ending where both teams are able to defeat the {{GreaterScopeVillain}}s (whether they be Equity and the rest of the Equestrian Council or someone else), the defendants are able to go back to their normal lives [[spoiler:and the sympathetic wrongdoers are given pardons and are also to go back to their lives]]. After all the suspense, it was be very sweet to see everyone happy and relieved to put it all behind them.
* [[spoiler:After finally getting answers about Overall's murder, Coco will be able to move on and go back to her career]].
* [[spoiler:Private Eye will be able to return to his career as a detective.]]
* [[spoiler:Fair Devotion will be able to regain custody of her son.]]
* [[spoiler:Sugar Stamp will not only not get prison time for perjury (albeit just some community service), but she'll also be able to more involved in Fair and Turning's lives as they're back together.]]
* [[spoiler:Scootaloo will be allowed and managed to keep in contact with Turning Page, who hopefully will be able to return to Ponyville once in a while.]]
* All the Mane 6 and Cutie Mark Crusaders members will reconile with each other before the end of the story.
* As they leave for back home, Phoenix promises to Twilight that [[SequelHook they can summon him and the rest of Agency anytime whenever they need a good lawyer or two]], promising to stay friends.

* Turning Page, Sugar Stamp, and Fair Devotion are all innocent of the crime, but due to a complicated web of circumstances and coincidences (and outside forces), many ''thought'' one of them was responsible. However, because all of them deeply cared about each other, none of them could bear the idea of pinning the murder on each other, regardless of their personal troubles and complicated relationships. They're trying to cover for each other out of a misguided attempt to protect the person they ''think'' might have committed the crime, (or in Sugar Stamp's case, working with Fair Devotion and Private Eye [[TakingTheHeat to take the fall for her unrequited love Royal Order and her best friend and their son]]), but in reality none of them have any idea as to what is going on, operating only on incomplete information. For that matter, Turning Page's bruise is a partial RedHerring; he DID get hurt, but not the way everyone thinks he did.\\

With the revelation that no one at the court was responsible for Royal Order's death, and no one able to confirm why Royal Order died (or possibly the implication that some unknown party might be responsible), the trial will be suspended in order for both prosecution and defense to figure out what the hell is going on. Which ends up leading into the next case.
