Bayley would have been one of the three NXT Divas brought up to join the three warring Diva factions on the main roster -- had she not been injured at the time the call-ups happened, thus delaying her promotion to the main roster even ''more''. More specifically, she would have taken the place of Becky Lynch and joined Charlotte, with whom Bayley has rekindled her friendship and alliance, in siding with Wrestling/{{Paige}}, whom Bayley has always admired and wanted to be friends with. (Wrestling/SashaBanks still would have joined Wrestling/{{Naomi}} and Wrestling/TaminaSnuka.) However, this isn't all bad, as...

* She finally made her debut on the Wrestling/WWEMondayNightRaw roster on August 22, 2016, one year after she won the NXT Women's Championship!

Building upon the above theory that she would have been called up during the Divas' Revolution had she not been injured, I expect Bayley to debut on the main roster sometime between now (mid-October 2015) and the night after [=WrestleMania=] 32. It could even be closer to now. I expect Natalya to take Wrestling/{{Paige}}'s place on Team PCB and Paige will start her own heel faction with Bayley (who would turn heel in this scenario because she'll probably flop if she doesn't) and a re-debuting Wrestling/{{Emma}}. If Wrestling/SashaBanks becomes part of the main roster for good, she'll have to drop the belt to someone at NXT soon and move on. As arguably the most popular current NXT Diva, Bayley is that someone. Winning it from Sasha will make for a gratifying moment, as Bayley has chased the title as an underdog for ages without reward and she has ''history'' with [[ArchEnemy Sasha]]. Bayley winning it would free Sasha from the NXT roster and allow her to move up to the main roster full-time, while Bayley finally gets her due. Traditionally the NXT Women's Championship has only been won and lost at Takeovers -- not in pretaped matches -- so Sasha will retain it until late August, when ''Takeover Brooklyn'' is slated to happen. Expect the NXT episodes until then to build up to this with a return to the Bayley/Sasha feud.[[note]]Tying in with the above guess -- ''Becky'', after the stunning match she put on with Sasha at the previous ''Takeover'' and her becoming a smash hit with the audiences since, was supposed to beat Sasha at the next ''Takeover'' and become the next NXT Women's Champion instead, but, again, plans changed with Bayley's injury.[[/note]]
