* OurWerewolvesAreDifferent: Some werewolves have infected villagers and you have to slay them. Don't underestimate them, they have ''Epic Dodge'' (meaning they'll always dodge you're first attack every round), health regeneration and damage reduction.

* RebelliousPrincess: Princess Criosa mention that she sometimes sneak out of the castle to visit the city on her own. It's the reason why she has rogue levels. When the Ironlord is about to be free, his father orders her to stay in Fairloch. Instead, she joins you and prepare Highmarch for war. [[spoiler:She rebels against her father when he becomes a mad dictator.]]
* RedemptionEqualsDeath: [[spoiler:Terinus stays behind to ensure that you and your companions escape safely from the Saquarin's spaceship. With his sacrifice, he frees the world from the Saquarin's grip and makes up for the countless deaths he caused throughout Aielund and Tusone, including Criosa's beloved father.]]
