He\'s actually called Dr. Robotnik here - probably the last time they forgot to call him Eggman.

* ArtShift: In Gigantic Angel Zone, Eggman starts using his modern clothing. When he starts the battle in his machine, he's suddenly in his classic clothes again, but then he runs off in his modern clothing once the battle is over.
* GuideDangIt: There are only six Special Stages in the game and seven Chaos Emeralds, so only the first six can be obtained during normal play. The seventh Emerald (the one that Robotnik stole from Knuckles in Aquatic Relix Zone) is used by Robotnik in the Last Utopia Zone boss battle. However, you can jump on the Emerald during the fight and after hitting it enough times it will drop and you can collect it. The game doesn't tell you this. [[spoiler:This is necessary to access Chaotic Space Zone]].
