* BadassBystander: Nearly every NPC in the game has individual stats for the sake of the effect that travel skills have on the. In particular, early on in Olberics story there's a barmaid who absolutely can and will steamroll him if he challenges her to a duel without being a sufficiently high enough level. This is lampshaded by her special attack "Is this what you wanted?" which will most likely flatten you in a single hit if you don't defend against it.

He has thousands of health points and can take out Primrose within only a few hits, and despite being weak to daggers, killing him just with normal attacks is all but impossible. The solution? [[spoiler:Use Peacock Strut to raise your elemental damage, Break him and boost Moonlight Waltz as much as you can]]. Congratulations, you knocked off at least a third of his massive health pool just with one rotation of that and learned that [[spoiler:going for just the weak point may not always be the best option]].

From the demo alone, Primrose can only use daggers and Dark magic.

* AttackItsWeakPoint: One of the primary things in the combat system. If you hit an enemy with an attack type it's weak to, it loses shield points and deals extra damage. When shield points hit zero, it breaks and they lose a turn. Each character has at least two weapons they can use and swap between in combat to encourage this.
