The island is almost abandoned, and if it weren't for the few dozen people on the isle, you'd be forgiven for thinking that it was, with dead grass, trees, and scrap metal littered across the land. The people left behind on the island are at the mercy of an evil, predatory steam locomotive with spider legs and a cult that worships the beast.
