* KeepCirculatingTheTapes: The original and the ''Deluxe'' versions haven't been available at retail since the late 1990s, and the last place to offer any version of the game was a compilation which included a Windows 95 port of ''Deluxe'' and which is also long out of print. Both versions have not been released on any online platform and the mobile "port" is actually a ''VideoGame/{{Locomotion}}'' port which [[InNameOnly merely uses the "Transport Tycoon" name]]. In fairness, ''[=OpenTTD=]'' has effectively superseded them with better features and modern OS compatiblity, but those who prefer the original graphics and music over the replacement ones made for ''[=OpenTTD=]'' will still have to hunt down a used copy of ''Deluxe'' or "acquire" it from an {{abandonware}} site to get them.
