** Said VHS had two variations. The earliest copies only contain the 1991 green F.B.I. warnings and the 1989 version of the Sorcerer Mickey ''Walt Disney Classics'' logo (this was the last tape in the line to use that logo; it would "accidentally" be used on early ''Disney/{{Pocahontas}}'' ''Masterpiece Collection'' tapes 4 years later), the 1990 Walt Disney Pictures logo, which replaces the film's custom-made Buena Vista logo (which was put at the end of the film), and then the opening credits. The main pressings had the F.B.I. warnings, then a cursive-handwritten bumper reading "Coming Only To Movie Theatres This 1992 Holiday Season", which goes into an ''Disney/{{Aladdin}}'' trailer. This was the first known tape to use the 90's lilac-blue "Feature Presentation" bumper in cursive handwriting (the 1999 reissue is one of the LAST tapes to have that bumper), then the 1992 version of the Sorcerer Mickey ''Classics'' logo (it was bluer and brighter, and faded out faster; two releases later, the logo's jingle would be distorted) then the WDP logo and the film. The end of the film has the custom-made Buena Vista logo with the 1986 Walt Disney Home Video music over it, and this goes into a screen with a red corporate Walt Disney signature and cursive handwriting under it, which itself goes into a home video trailer for ''Disney/TheGreatMouseDetective''. Another bumper like that then appears, and it's followed by a home video preview for ''Disney/BeautyAndTheBeast''. The tape's program then ends.

* WhatCouldHaveBeen: Cruella [=DeVille=] almost became the villain in ''Disney/TheRescuers''. It shows, as the villain of the movie is very similar, both in personality and looks.[[labelnote:The reason for this...]]This is because Milt Kahl was extremely jealous of Mark Davis's masterful animation of Cruella and proposed to beat him at his own game with Madame Medusa, who was Curella to the extreme. There's a story that says Kahl called David into his office to show him the pencil test on a movieolla, bragging that he'd finally outdone Cruella. David watched the test, then simply put a hand on Kahl's shoulder and said "Nice try."[[/labelnote]]

** Penny was going to appear in the TV series as one of the main pups, along with Lucky, Cadpig, Rolly, Spot, and Patch, but then Disney/Jumbo Pictures thought they'd have too many main characters. Unlike Patch, who became a minor pup, Penny never appeared.

** In the television series, Cruella was also still going to be wearing fur. Some early artwork shows her wearing her trademark mink coat from the animated film. Due to MoralGuardians thinking that Cruella was too scary for their kids, they had to tone her down and get rid of her fur-loving aspect.

Averted in the Russian dub however, where the three main pups are all voiced by gender-like children.

* KeepCirculatingTheTapes: ''Dalmatian Vacation'' was released onto video CD in the late 90's very quietly, as did the VHS of ''101 Dalmatians Christmas''. And after Creator/ToonDisney pulled it, it was gone... until it was announced that it would be part of the new Disney Jr channel, but even then, Disney Junior only had a very limited number of episodes available to repeat, and if that wasn't bad enough, the episodes were also edited. But now, as of September 3. 2013, it is now once again off the air, so, back to circulatng the tapes until Disney decides to release the series on DVD, which is likely never going to happen due to the show's lack of popularity and support from viewers.
