Seems to fit better under Local Reference, given the unused storylines being more clear on location association fronts without the making of the series itself being associated (mostly since the third series would be having a confined runtime to reveal everything fans wanted to know about Alan), but I don't know if I'd be able to put in on the main page yet.

** At the start of series two, during Mac's coma dream, Sue White is walking around in a giant ham suit (because it's Sue) and gets into the lift with everybody else. The lift closes and the audience can hear a zip and Sue saying "Would anybody like some ... ham?" In the bonus DVD material it's shown that the reason only the audio is there is because none of the other actors could do the scene with a straight face.
** When Karen shouts at the HR department for taking advantage of her because she "hasn't got any breasts" the actress playing Karen covers her face.
