They are apparently named after the actors who played their counterparts in the original films and ''WesternAnimation/TheRealGhostbusters''. Ray's counterpart's last name being the only one mentioned makes sense, as Peter's and Winston's voice actors changed over the course of the series, whereas Ray's and Egon's did not.
