* DevelopmentHell: A Region One DVD set was teased by Creator/ShoutFactory in 2019 as their second licensed pre-''[[Series/KyoryuSentaiZyuranger Zyuranger]]'' release. For a while said set had yet to see the light of day, due to Hasbro's acquisition of the ''Franchise/PowerRangers'' franchise and the international rights to ''Super Sentai'' as a result. It was finally announced for a September 2022 release, presumably due to having the distribution rights renegotiated.

Names The Same is no longer a trope

* NamesTheSame: The evil Gingaman team has nothing to do with [[Series/SeijuuSentaiGingaman the later Super Sentai team of the same name]].
** The Hoshikawa siblings are not related to Ryƫ Hoshikawa/Dyna Black from ''Series/KagakuSentaiDynaman''.
** Also, Five Pink is not to be confused with the similarly named ranger Pink Five from ''Series/ChoudenshiBioman''.
** These Galactic Warriors aren't the same as the [[Series/PowerRangersNinjaSteel Galaxy Warriors]], either.
