Theres already a Shout Out page, and it wasn't a Space Racers reference

* ShoutOut: During transitions, the SeriesMascot can be shown moving forward and then moving back to reveal the scene a la Series/1966.
** Some fans have also made a callback to Peg + Cat, calling it the "sequel" to it.
** People have made jokes about MLP: FiM references being in the show.
** In "Best Seats in the House", when Oscar was coming down the slides in the ball pit, he said, "The Eagle has landed!" twice. This makes a possible reference to Eagle's second catchphrase from WesternAnimation/Space Racers, a show that debuted in early 2014 on PBS Kids, in addition to being a reference to the 1969 Moon Landing.
** The Shapely Manor episode has three members of Series/TheKidsInTheHall, and is a WholePlotReference to TabletopGame/Clue.
** The scene in "Undercover Olive" where Fladam orders an ice cream sandwich has Otto, Oscar, and Orson disguise themselves as an ice-cream man. They perform the disguise in a manner similar to the way the SelfDemonstrating/SwedishChef from Franchise/TheMuppets is performed.
** In the Season 2 opener when Oscar and Doctor O are interviewing candidates to run the Creature Room.
---> Oscar: ...and this is Doctor O.
---> Candidate: Doctor who?
---> Doctor O: Different person.
** One of the interstitials involves Miss O demanding "an evil version of me." The one that shows up looks exactly like Miss O, but wearing a very prominent (fake) pointed beard.
** Repeat after me: Centigurps are not Tribbles. No similarity whatsoever. No, sir.
** There are often references in the title cards, such as "Assistant's Creed" or "Life of O'Brian".
** Tube Operator O'Brian (and by extension the other inexplicably Irish tube operators) have a very similar job to another Chief O'Brien.

The show has spawned a theatrical movie, Odd Squad: The Movie, which features Creator/HannahSimone (of Series/NewGirl fame) and Creator/JackMcBrayer as guest stars. It was screened in select Canadian theaters on July 16, 2016, with PBS Kids premiering the movie in the United States on August 1, 2016.

A MadeForTVMovie, Film/OddSquadWorldTurnedOdd, was also made. It premiered on January 15, 2018 on PBS Kids for American audiences and on March 11, 2018 for Canadian audiences through ICI-Radio Canada.

There is also a SpinOff web series for the show, titled WebVideo/OddTube. Season 1 premiered on November 10, 2016 and ended on March 23, 2017. A second season, hosted by Agent Orla instead of Agent Olympia, debuted on June 10, 2020 and concluded its run on August 26, 2020.

A invoked live show known as Odd Squad Live! also ran from 2016 to 2017. It focuses on two agents from Precinct 13579, Orion (Cliff Sellers) and Oleanna (Jackie Reynolds), who get turned into adults by FatherTime and must turn back. The show had the direct involvement of Tim [=McKeon=] and Adam Peltzman as well as Mark De Angelis, one of the writers of the series who would later become the showrunner for Season 3.

In light of the UsefulNotes/COVID19Pandemic, four short-form videos titled Odd Squad Healthy Habits were released, with the Big O serving as host. Each 1-minute video covers a hygiene topic such as social distancing and washing hands properly.

A podcast, titled Odd Squadcast, was released on December 2, 2020 after being delayed twice, lifting the project out of invoked DevelopmentHell.

The show also has an official guidebook known as the Odd Squad Agent's Handbook, which was released in 2020 and is written by Tim [=McKeon=] and Adam Peltzman themselves. It serves as an InUniverse guidebook of sorts, made to feel like the reader themselves is an agent-in-training.
