Much like [[XtremeKoolLetterz XXXtremeKoolLetterz]], it's often meant to evoke badassery, or lend the show an air of youthful [[TotallyRadical hipness and coolness]]. Alternatively it's often associated with PornNames, especially when you add a third XXXXXXXXXs. Tripling the XXXXXXXXXs is also associated with moonshine.

* The main character (and host) of ''Series/DoubleTheFist'', Steve FoXXXXXX.

* Music/{{Scooter}}'s lead vocalist H.P. BaXXXXXXter, whose real name is actually Hans Peter Geerdes.
