A variant of XXXtremeKoolLetterz, seen used in both work titles and in names.
The letter XXX is already fascinating and cool, so double the XXXXXX, double the awesomeness! Right? Much like XXXtremeKoolLetterz, it's often meant to evoke badassery, or lend the show an air of youthful hipness and coolness. Alternatively it's often associated with Porn Names, especially when you add a third XXXXXXXX Xs. Tripling the XXXXXXXX Xs is also associated with moonshine.
How eXXXactly are you supposed to pronounce this is usually unclear.
Not to be confused with The xx, though they are an eXXXample of this trope.

It's also played with in that despite its pronunciation, "XXXXXX" appears nowhere in its name or designation.
