Super Smash Brothers Life Itself is a PlayByPostGames created by Shadow EX and takes place 10 years after the Subspace Emissary, it has been running for six years and its still a very strong site!

It has been ten years since the events of VideoGame/TheSubspaceEmissary from Super Smash Brothers Brawl, all those wacky Nintendo characters are now living in peace and harmony after defeating Tabuu and resuming there respectful adventures in there universes...Nothing could of possibly gone wrong...

Recently: A Gang War in the Life Sphere is happening between Bowser, Doctor Eggman and King K Rool on how to handle the Life Spheres defence after an incident in which Black Shadow (Who seems to be one of the few people who can control the Starvia) Kidnapped Mario, Sonic and Samus, although Mario and Sonic were rescued, Samus was still captured and the two leaders are acting odd lately...Another important event was the two, along with Egadd going to the Essence Extraction Point to try to save Samus...By themselves, fortunately another group is going in there to find the four...Both events are currently on going.

* AllTheWorldsAreAStage: Some important places from Nintendo game's appear on LI, some even resemble stages seen on smash, however there often filled with starvia or are abandoned, the only place full of life is Pokemon cove.
* AscendedExtra: Some characters who are apped here are either minor or didn't have much depth in there franchises. Here however they gain character development and more about them is revealed.

* CrapsackWorld: Li Isn't the best planet to be in, what with parasites and monsters running amok just outside The Life Sphere, there's also a case of the Starvia which can be found almost everywhere in the planet that can infect people just hours of leaving the sphere. There's also the Life Sphere itself, what with crime levels rising almost all the time, people worried that the shield that keeps the Starvia from getting in breaking and the fact that the defence system is being handled by Eggman, Bowser and King K Rool...Who are currently having a war about who officially gets control of said system!
* DeathIsASlapOnTheWrist: Like in Brawl whenever the character gets damaged too much in a mission, they'll turn into a trophy...However the player has to wait 48 in Real Life Hours to play as them again.

* PutOnABus: Due to Players leaving sometimes, there characters mostly become very minor and don't get referred to that much, they will also get replaced in any mission that involves them, however sometimes when there about to leave the site they do threads about the fates of there characters. (Like what happened to Shadow temporarily and Game & Watch.)

* ShooOutTheClowns: Subverted kind of, some Comic relief characters do appear during important missions (Like Ballyhoo and Bigtop in Crossfire or Waluigi in Game and Watch's G&W's Final Quest for Glory!) However sometimes they don't due to other matters.
* StandardStatusEffects: Some enemys can give players status effects, most of them being burned, having a Flower stuck on your head that gives you damage each turn, Frozen, become bigger (Not really an Enemy's fault.) Turn into Metal, Shrink, Become paralysed, Get poisoned, Become sick, fall asleep, become slower or become infected with a virus that is not Starvia...Enemy's can also copy moves or wont let you use them for a number of turns.

Before he leaves he gives a warning to the Life Sphere to stay in the Sphere...Or else.

The trio managed to find Death Adder and fight him, although the knight proved to be a worthy fighter, The three almost managed to defeat him...Until Death Adder quickly captured Gilius and disappeared...However before he did he fired a powerful blast towards Lyn and Pac, although Pac managed to get out of the blast radius...Lyn was not as lucky.

It has been ten years since the events of the Subspace Embassy from Super Smash Brothers Brawl, all those wacky Nintendo characters are now living in peace and harmony after defeating Tabuu and resuming there respectful adventures in there universes...Nothing could of possibly gone wrong...

But of course, they did.

Mario The Plumber, Sonic The Hedgehog and Samus Aran run the sphere along with Professor Egadd as a substitute, Mario and Sonic are fighting over plans on what to do with LI, Mario wants to destroy the Essance Extraction Point, the most dangerous place in LI which is the source of the Starvia, however Sonic just wants to go on a ship and escape the planet...Samus is neutral on the matter.

CrapsackWorld: Li Isn't the best planet to be in, what with parasites and monsters running amok just outside The Life Sphere, there's also a case of the Starvia which can be found almost everywhere in the planet that can infect people just hours of leaving the sphere. There's also the Life Sphere itself, what with crime levels rising almost all the time, people worried that the shield that keeps the Starvia from getting in breaking and the fact that the defence system is being handled by Eggman, Bowser and King K Rool...Who are currently having a war about who officially gets control of said system!

DeathIsASlapOnTheWrist: Like in Brawl whenever the character gets damaged too much in a mission, they'll turn into a trophy...However the player has to wait 48 in Real Life Hours to play as them again.

PutOnABus: Due to Players leaving sometimes, there characters mostly become very minor and don't get referred to that much, they will also get replaced in any mission that involves them, however sometimes when there about to leave the site they do threads about the fates of there characters. (Like what happened to Shadow temporarily and Game & Watch.)

WhamEpisode: There were tons in the past few years...

Emerald By the Coast: Espio, Eggman and Wolf Managed to get a Chaos Emerald...However Shadow, who was with the four, has disappeared and the trio are not sure if he's alive, In reality Shadow was fighting Black Doom who soon traps him in Time for a year.

A Shadow Distressed: Espio, Along with Charmy and Dante, find out Shadow is alive...Albeit now in the hands of Chaos, the three managed to rescue him along with Big The Cat, however Chaos managed to mortally wound Espio during his fight.

Golden Smash!: Lyn, Gilius and Pac-Man head to Crestfallen Castle to find Death Adder, The mission was mostly normal and comedic...Until the ending. The trio managed to find Death Adder and fight him, although the knight proved to be a worthy fighter, The three almost managed to defeat him...Until Death Adder quickly captured Gilius and disappeared...However before he did he fired a powerful blast towards Lyn and Pac, although Pac managed to get out of the blast radius...Lyn was not as lucky.

A Celebration of Life!: During a party to celebrate the anniversary of the Life Sphere, Mario, Sonic and Samus revealed that they have made a deal...With Black Shadow, the deal consists of them staying in the Life Sphere so Black Shadow can continue his work, the crowd understandably reacted negatively...However Black Shadow soon appears and almost infects the entire sphere...But then decides to stop...And kidnap Mario, Sonic and Samus instead! Before he leaves he gives a warning to the Life Sphere to stay in the Sphere...Or else.

Crossfire!: The Second Group (Adell, A.I.M, Paula, Dark Pit, MC Ballyhoo, Big Top and Ragna) Wait outside the lair and wait for the first group to call on them should they get attacked, however white hands soon appear and take Paula, Dark Pit and Ragna underground to a sercret cave where there attacked by a horde of Starvia creatures, Adell and A.I.M meanwhile get taken to Black Shadows Lair as prisoners, the three managed to escape the horde and get back to the vehicle they were assigned with MC and Big Top still inside.

Enter the Bat!: Like above, Adell and A.I.M become prisoners in Black Shadows lair, however due to a double cherry A.I.M has, they quickly escape and managed to find and rescue Mario and Sonic...However Samus Is still missing and its unknown if she's even still alive.

What to do Next: Sonic is revealed to be working with someone unknown...

ZombieApocalypse: Averted, There's no Zombies on LI, but the Starvia acts like a Zombie virus, whoever becomes infected displays Zombie like symptoms, however they become much stronger then when they were normal and learns a new move at the sametime as all the other infected.

Due to a mysterious blast wave, every Nintendo character soon ended up in a mysterious planet called LI, confused and scared...However that wasn't the worst part of it, Shadow Bugs are also on this planet, infecting everyone and turning them into zombie like monsters, this virus is known as the Starvia and it forces the residents into a shelter known as the Life Sphere, which is exactly what it means, a sphere that has clean air unlike the rest of LI which is filled with toxic air that only the shadow bugs and people infected with Starvia could enjoy.
