His version of [[HealingFactor High Speed Regeneration]] uses any parts of his body that haven't been fully oblitterated in order to piece himself back together. Combined with a release that makes things unable to be created or fully destroyed, his durability comes at a slight shock to his opponents.
* HealingFactor: All Arrancar with over 400 Healing Expertise gain access to High Speed Regeneration. Of course, not all regeneration is equal, and some Arrancar, such as Axis Recio and Allen Adams, are obviously better.

* KnifeNut: Several, in fact, including Jack Guile.
