Mieru urges him to end the duel before her prediction comes true and something terrible happens to him, but Yuya refuses to give up. Her prediction comes true when the chandelier of the action field falls and almost strikes Yuya, but he evades it and has a vision of a new monster sleeping in his deck. When he draws Yuzu's Polymerization card he accidentally shuffled into his deck that morning, Yuya realizes what the next step is from Pendulum Summoning.

Yuya activates Polymerization to fuse Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon with Stargazer Magician, creating the Rune-Eyes Pendulum Dragon and using it to attack for the win. Mieru is dazzled by the confidence and charm Yuya displays in his Entertainment Duel style and falls head over heels in love with him as her tarot cards told her would happen -- something [[{{Tsundere}} Yuzu]] does not appreciate at all.

Meanwhile, Sora wins his sixth duel in a row, qualifying him for the Junior Youth tournament.
