Spelling/grammar fix(es)

* CharacterDevelopment: The entire episode alone has Starfire go through much character development. She starts out being hostile towards the other Titans upon first meeting and seeing "nice" as a show of weakness. But after much [[FireForgedFriends bonding]] with her future friends, she comes out of the experience accepting that kindness isn't a weakness, complete with a [[GoodCostumeSwitch wardrobe change into her iconic outfit]].

* ForcefulKiss: Starfire gives one to Robin, but it's not played for romance because this is how she learns English (she was speaking entirely in Tamaranean until then), the next words out of her mouth are a [[ImpliedDeathThreat threat to destroy the others]] if they don't leave her alone.

* HugeHolographicHead: Twice in the episode, when the Gordanian leader Trogar projects a skyscraper-sized hologram of himself to demand the citizens of Jump City to stay out of their invasion's way.
* IAmAMonster: When Cyborg first appears, he is wearing that cover his whole body, with a hood covering his head. When Beast Boy persists in trying to befriend him, Cyborg takes off the hood to show his half-robot head.

* IWorkAlone: Robin says this at the beginning when a mugger is about to ask where his partner is. Looks like [[NotSoDifferentRemark Robin and Batman are not so different after all.]]

* IWorkAlone: Robin says this at the beginning when a mugger is about to ask where his partner is. (It doesn't exactly help Robin's case that a flock of bats flies out of the shadows ahead of him.) Looks like [[NotSoDifferentRemark Robin and Batman are not so different after all.]]

* MeaningfulEcho: For the first half of the episode, Starfire's sees the word "nice" as something bad because it represents her people's double entendre for "weak", though the others have to insist "nice" is exactly what it sounds like. In the end, Starfire pulls a GoodCostumeSwitch in hopes it looks "nice", showing she's accepted that being kindly is not exclusively the same as being weak.

In the end, Starfire pulls a GoodCostumeSwitch in hopes it looks "nice", showing she's accepted that being kindly is not exclusively necessarily the same as being weak.

* PaperThinDisguise: When Cyborg and Raven tell Beast Boy, who is still wearing his mask when he was a member of the Doom Patrol, that his mask looks ridiculous, he tells them he needs his mask to hide his secret identity, but Raven says it's pointless for him to hide his identity as he is green and therefore easily recognizable. Hearing that, Beast realizes she is right and gets rid of his mask.
