-->'''Sam:''' I don't know how to tell you this, but...there are monsters out there.
-->'''Cole:''' You don't think I know that? I did two tours in Iraq. Special Ops. Darfur. The Congo. I've seen suicide bombers and child soldiers so hopped up on speed that they could barely talk, but they could sure as hell shoot an AK.
-->'''Sam:''' Not that kind of monster.
-->'''Cole:''' Don't tell me about monsters, cause I've met my share.

Added DiffLines:

* SexinessScore: Dean invokes this when giving a TheReasonYouSuckSpeech to Lester for putting out a hit on his unfaithful wife, despite him having been unfaithful first.
-->'''Dean:''' Your lady in there; she's a North Dakota 8. You're a 4 1/2, Max. Now, I don't blame her for stepping out -- especially if she found you were messing around first.

Spoilers Off for recap pages

* KarmaHoudini: The plot of Dean killing Lester has fully three of them. Lester wanted to kill his ex-wife badly enough to make a DealWithTheDevil, but Crowley didn't get his soul. Mindy cheated on her husband, but the result was that her divorce will go all the easier without Lester trying to gain his share of the settlement (or, of course, doing much worse things). And Dean kills an unarmed human but won't get any punishment for it. (Also, the next episode reveals that Sam played a part in setting up the whole unfortunate incident.) Crowley is just the kind of guy who can often pull off a KarmaHoudini, but this incident doesn't give him such a break; it's a setback that shows his plan to make Dean more corrupt isn't going extremely well.
