Mr. and Mrs. Cake, to Sweetie Belle's surprise, ask her to foalsit the twins. The Cake parents explain that Pinkie Pie is coming back from a boat trip soon and should be recovered from the horn flu incident by then, Diamond Tiara is away doing something with Apple Bloom (likely consoling her about her parents' death), and Scootaloo is out of town with her parents.
Sweetie Belle, despite being surprised, is delighted. Mr. and Mrs. Cake warn her that the twins are a bit cheeky and not to let them stay up too late.
Later, Pumpkin has wet her pull-up and Sweetie Belle is trying to change her but Pumpkin won't stay still. She agrees when Sweetie Belle points out that Pumpkin might get a rash, but then Sweetie Belle accidentally drops the new pull-up and it ends up on her face.
Pumpkin helps out the embarrassed Sweetie Belle and vows never to tell a soul.
