In the Cosy Room, Three is fawning over her "beautiful things" while Four is reading. Three then falls over and gets a hoop around her middle point. She asks Four if he notices anything strange. He says no, but she points out that he isn't looking.

He tells her to wait until he finishes his book, and she says it's "strange and beautiful" but the hoop falls off her. This makes them both grumpy, because she's disappointed and offended when Four said, "I can see strange-- not sure about the beautiful", and he thinks she distracted him from reading for nothing. The two begin arguing, ending with Three calling Four a "bad noticer" and him slipping on the hoop.

Then, the alarm sounds and they go to the control room, where Agent 81 reports things teleporting around in a little girl's bedroom. Four is sent out and lands on a cartoon centipede.

Agent 108 reports that the cleaner's broom has flipped upside down, yet he continues to "sweep" with it. Then, towels and mops fall down. At the same time, a woman's lipstick gets replaced with ketchup but she continues to put it on her lips.

At a school, a teacher's craft scissors are replaced with two bananas and someone is running around in a monkey costume. The person in the monkey costume steals the bananas, so the teacher uses her fingers. Agent 27 finds a link between the problems: while they're pretty different, they share a theme: no one noticed anything was different.

Five imagines an artist's paintbrush tripling, a bird flying into a man's tuba and laying an egg, and a girl's bike turning into the Dancing Cow and throwing her, but none of the people noticing.

Then, the cleaner's vacuum cleaner turns into a different, white vacuum, the teacher's gloves turn white, and a man's hat turns into a white top hat. Six then realises, along with Three, that those are all the Numbertaker's items.

Four notices the Numbertaker nearby, smiling a creepy smile. They note that he usually takes things, but in a way, he's taking everybody's "noticing". Then, they make brain gain to make people notice things, then make them go back to normal.

However, the guy who was walking with the ketchup lady then gets replaced with the Numbertaker and she doesn't notice. Agent 27 thinks it's because the brain gain was to make them notice that ''things'' had changed, while the Numbertaker and the man are ''people''. Three amends it to "notice things ''and people''", so the woman chases the Numbertaker, and Four also gives chase.

The Numbertaker walks into the school and pretends to be the teacher, so Three sends the brain gain and the students, plus the person in the monkey suit, chase him. The students eventually stop chasing, but the monkey suit person continues, so Four comes back.

After the episode recap, Three and Four go to the gym and call each other kind and brave respectively. At the gym, Zero balances upside down on the Bloop Ball.
