* DayInTheLimelight: This episode focuses on Chloé, and her hopes of becoming Queen Bee again.

* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome: Chloé's identity being public knowledge once more proves a problem. Hawk Moth and Mayura plot around the fact that Chloé is Queen Bee while Ladybug, Cat Noir, & Master Fu decide allowing her to continue being a hero would be detrimental if Hawk Moth planned to use that information as a trap, both sides reasonably deducing what the other side is planning.

* DontYouDarePityMe: Marinette's attempt to reassure Chloé only maker angrier and more defensive.

** Cat Noir isn't killed by Cataclysm when he's hit by it courtesy of Miraculer, though it bruises his ribs and he has trouble walking around afterward. Although, the power may have been weakened either due to being stolen or being combined with an object. The heroes' continued acrobatics also shows that they didn't lose the entirety of their power.

* IThoughtItWasForbidden: In “Mayura,” using the damaged Peacock Miraculous for less than a minute had Nathalie too weak to stand for quite some time after, and Hawk Moth was horrified that she was using it all, and tried to get her to stop even when the heroes had him cornered. But she spends this whole episode as Mayura, and exerted herself a great deal more (she makes a much larger monster, has it go through an entire battle, then she has an acrobatic rooftop fight of her own), and is still in Mayura form at the end of the episode when she’s simply hanging around the lair (so, no urgency to detransform.)

** The exact same Lucky Charm {{BFS}} from "Antibug", "Sandboy" and "Chris Master" returns, summoned by Miraculer when she takes Ladybug's powers.

* LeParkour: Alya and Nino are practicing on Le Pont des Arts on what is obviously a date, as when they get to the end they tap their ice cream glasses (from Andre's, natch). [[BadAssNormal They are really getting the hang of this superhero gig.]]

* RealityEnsues: Chloé's identity being public knowledge once more proves a problem. * TheBadGuyWins: While the villains fail to steal any Miraculous, Chloé being told she won't be Queen Bee may have fulfilled their second goal of turning her against Ladybug.

** Sans Hawk Moth, all the current Miraculous holders are out in battle.

* WhamEpisode:
** Ultimately what Hawk Moth and Mayura set out to do, they seem to have achieved. While Chloé rejects the idea, believing Ladybug will eventually need her, Ladybug tells Chloé she can no longer entrust her with the Bee Miraculous because of the threat that it places upon both Chloé and her family. This appears to have put a severe dent in Chloé's faith and admiration of Ladybug.
** What Caline Bustier almost achieved, Chloé, of all people, does: she '''rejects an akuma'''.
** Sans Hawk Moth, all the current Miraculous holders are out in battle.
** We finally see Mayura and one of her sentimonsters again.

Sabrina gets akumatized by Hawk Moth. Now Miraculer, she can steal their powers from superheroes and is determined to show Chloé that she is just as worthy of her interest as Ladybug.

* FaceHeelTurn: The whole episode is devoted to Hawk Moth and Mayura trying to get Chloé to pull one of these. They fail... for now.

* OutOfOrder: "Miraculer" was clearly meant to air ''after'' "Reflektdoll". At the time of airing, the only episode in the production order left to air before "Miraculer" is "Reflektdoll". Ladybug is familiar with the term "sentimonster" when referring to Mayura's monsters and she also knows to purify the amok with her yo-yo the same way she does with the akumas. The synopsis for "Reflektdoll" mentions how Reflekta "isn't alone" this time, implying Ladybug and Chat Noir learn more about the sentimonsters and amoks in this episode.
