Due to not taking it at any point during the first three years of high school, Ron's forced to take health class as senior--and he complains to Kim about being the only senior in a class full of freshmen. Ron's health class is also taught by Mr. Barkin, and the first thing that's taught to Ron and the freshmen is the importance of healthy eating--Ron defiantly tries to prove him wrong by making his diet 'all-Bueno Nacho.' Unfortunately, it takes a nasty turn after he's exposed to a [=HenchCo=] chemical.

* FatAndProud: While initially in denial about getting chubby, after being submerged in Project Titan and growing taller alongside wider Ron seems to be pleased with his girth since he's "never felt better."

* SpaceWhaleAesop: It's pretty obvious the writers weren't that thrilled about being forced to write a VerySpecialEpisode, as they intentionally make the Healthy Eating message about as extreme and unrealistic as possible. Even TheTag lampshades this where rather than talking about healthy eating in general, Ron instead lectures the audience about avoiding vats of mutagenic chemicals.

* UnskilledButStrong: After seeing the mutated Ron toss aside his monkey ninjas, Monkey Fist claims that brute force won't stand up against his martial arts skills. Ron is able to completely brush off all of Monkey Fist's attempts to attack him and simply uses his palm to toss him aside.

** When the villains see Ron's new appearance, they seem genuinely concerned for him and advise him to start taking better care of himself. Even Monkey Fist (Ron's ArchEnemy) tells him this.

* NutritionalNightmare: Ron's decision to not only eat exclusively from Bueno Nacho but grande size everything he orders. This not only makes him gain a considerable amount of weight but after he's exposed to [[PsychoSerum Project Titan]], which needs large amounts of saturated fat, cholesterol, and preservatives to activate, he mutates in a raging behemoth.

* UnskilledButStrong: A mutated Ron is able to completely brush off all of Monkey Fist's attempts to attack him, simply using him palm to toss him aside.

* BizarreTasteInFood: As Ron's mutation advances his taste in food changes as well. He starts eating mini corn dogs while they're still frozen and then moves on to ravenously eating the cafeteria MysteryMeat.

* OffModel: When the Tweebs aim a bazooka at the mutated Ron in the climax, a brief distant shot from outside of Kim’s car shows they reverted back to their seasons 1-3 designs.

* WeightTaller: Played with; As far as anyone else can tell, Ron is inexplicably growing taller as he gains weight, which he amounts to the "health benefits" of his new diet. The actual reason is that he's mutating.

* AccidentallyAccurate: Meta example: Ron claims the "Wheel of Good Eating" (a reference to the real life "food pyramid" taught at schools) is a lie, many years later it was revealed that the food pyramid was indeed a myth and now it's [[https://www.hyperbiotics.com/blogs/recent-articles/myth-of-the-food-pyramid highly recommended]] that people do not follow that model.

* DelayedReaction: During Barkin's assessment of Ron's unhealthy state due to the all-Bueno Nacho diet, he asks for the young man's reaction time. Ron doesn't respond and Barkin moves onto questioning his stamina, something already answered by Ron being asleep in class, Ron ''[[BrickJoke then]]'' answers that there's nothing wrong with his reaction time.

** When the villains see Ron's new appearance, they seem genuinely concerned for him and advise him to start taking better care of himself.
** When Jack Hench sees a photo of what the mutagenic serum would do to someone, he's not only horrified, but exclaims that even he wouldn't unleash ''that'' on his worst enemy.

* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome: Going on an all-Bueno Nacho diet goes as well for Ron as you'd expect. Ron's constant gorging on extremely fattening and extremely large Bueno Nacho food cause him to gain a noticeable amount of weight in a short period of time. As Barkin points out, he gets extremely out of shape, has a slower reaction time, and outgrows his clothes. If it hadn't been for the chemical, Ron would've been on a straight path to obesity at ''best.''

* BrickJoke: During Barkin's assessment of Ron's unhealthy state due to the all-Bueno Nacho diet, he asks for the young man's reaction time. To this, Ron's only response is dead silence, speaking volumes of how badly the diet has affected him. Barkin's next question is how much the diet has affected his stamina (to which he cuts in it's a rhetorical question because he's seen Ron sleeping in the middle of class). Ron's response is an ever so ''poorly timed'' "There's nothing wrong with my reaction time."

* BrickJoke: During Barkin's assessment of Ron's unhealthy state due to the all-Bueno Nacho diet, he asks for the young man's reaction time. To this, Ron's only response is dead silence, speaking volumes of how badly the diet has affected him. Barkin's next question is how much the diet has affected his stamina (to which he cuts in it's a rhetorical question because he's seen Ron sleeping in the middle of class).
