His first plot, an attempt to kill his 7-year old cousin Sean involves retooling his trike into an ATV that turns into a ''[[DisproportionateRetribution plasma catapult]]'' with which to blast him apart. His second scheme involves using his Annihilator to cause quakes that will shake the world to pieces unless it surrenders to him, and ''that'' was a decoy plan to cover up his Mega-Weather Generator - all so that the world will surrender the world's supply of ''nacos'' to him.
