* BrokenAesop: Well this show was never about aesops but Eddy getting punished for using his boots to bully the other kids by falling into a stroller and being teased by his own friends by treating him as a baby comes off as unfair when you consider [[UnintentionallyUnsympathetic the cul-de sac kids were the ones to bully him in the first place]].

* TakeThatKiss: When Eddy first encounters the Kankers, Lee makes a kissy face at him while scratching him under the chin in a mocking way. Once the Kankers have him surrounded after picking on him and mocking him for his hight, May suddenly suggests they kiss him, with all of them sighing in agreement. Though Eddy manages to just barely escape before they do it.
