** "Kid walked into the shop today and asked if I could touch up a piece on him that he got somewhere else, then asked in the same breath if I was good at tattooing scars, which kinda let me know that this was gonna turn into a coverup. So I looked at the thing and it was this awful chickenscratch Slipknot "S" that was all washed out and was also more keloid than tattoo. Then it dawned on me that this was the same idiot who came in three months ago and tried to haggle with me over the price I quoted him and then told me that his cousin was an apprentice who would do it for half that, and I was like 'alright, you go do that, see you again soon'. So I told him that this was what he got for trying to get cut-rate work and that I hoped he learned his lesson, and I don't think I've ever seen a look on someone's face that screamed 'I want to die' quite as much."
