He gets ''slaughtered'', and can barely stand after Barry pulls a RapidFireFisticuffs on him. It's likely that had Wells and Joe not pulled a BigDamnHeroes moment and stopped Barry, he'd have killed Oliver there and there.
** Considering the fight was pretty much a draw, something both admitted too. That is highly unlikely. It is just as possible that Joe and Harrison saved Flash. Oliver was grappling Barry from behind, in a position of leverage . Also unlike Barry , Oliver had experience with killing multiple opponents. Oliver could have had no choice but end it with a well placed neck snap.
