* The townsfolk of completely normal humans in Episode 33. They horribly mistreat a boy they think is an alien in disguise despite him having done nothing to provoke them. Go bonds with the boy and discovers he's a completely human orphan and was adopted by a kindly man who really was an alien who'd come to Earth to help humanity but was stricken ill by pollution. What does the townsfolk do? Storm their shanty dwelling in a mob, dragging the screaming boy with intentions to lynch him and then gunning down his adoptive father then the ailing alien pleads for his adoptive son's life. All whilst Go is fighting to protect them and begging the mob to see reason to no success.

* The scene at the beginning of Episode 6, when Jack's time runs out and he just vanishes with a setting sun as a backdrop. His pose and the background music made it much worse.

* Rokusuke from Episode 25(?) had been bullied in school. He happened to find one of MAT's guns and was out to prove he wasn't a coward. The problem? He brandished the gun in front of his classmates and his teacher! He ''did'' join Goh and Minami in shooting Zagoras, but the sight of a bullied boy brandishing a gun is disturbing after all the school shootings in America. Minami even lets him fire a few shots in the air in the end for Rokusuke to get it out of his system!

* The original Ultraman's Color Timer blinked slowly and steadily, rarely speeding up. Sometimes, in the aftermath of a fight, he would stand up for a second or two with the lingering, echoing sound in the background before flying off. Ultraman Jack's Color Timer, on the other hand, was very loud and blinked very fast from the moment it turned red, increasing the tension and creating a sense of urgency. It seemed like he could run out of energy at any time.
