As a result of its constant presence, members of Joel's chat started coming up with nicknames such as "Water Bot / [[Film/TheWaterboy Boy]]" and "Hydrobot". The chat's attachment to Stay_Hydrated_Bot became so great that one user created a [=YouTube=] account based around the bot, sporting Aqua from ''LightNovel/{{Konosuba}}'' as their PFP (thanks to her being a [[MakingASplash water goddess]] InUniverse), simply to post similar reminders in the comments to Joel's videos on both his main channel and Vargskelethor Uncut.[[/labelnote]]

While the ad had already been a minor meme outside of Vinesauce before then, Vinny's fondness for its SoBadItsGood nature led to him repeatedly using it for jokes on-stream. In turn, this resulted in further jokes and fan content from his viewer base, both riffing on the ad's contents and playing up the singer's uncanny resemblance to Luigi. Vinny found it with the caption "My meat [[ADateWithRosiePalms watching me open incognito for the 4th time today]]", and he proceeded to joke about it being his "facecam".
