After a fight with the Thing left Las Vegas in ruins and about two dozen dead (later {{retcon}}ned), it was decided that he was too dangerous for Earth, and that they would send him to a peaceful planet with no intelligent life so he couldn't hurt anyone, and finally [[BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor get his wish of being left alone.]]
