* Madoka Ayukawa from ''Manga/KimagureOrangeRoad'': Kyosuke Kasuga is dating a cute girl named Hikaru, but it's her best friend Madoka who has his devotion. Both girls are devoted to the guy.
** Madoka is also extremely devoted to Hikaru, who once was her OnlyFriend. In fact, she'd rather keep her own love for Kyousuke under wraps than risk breaking Hikaru's heart.

Isamu is in a FriendsWithBenefits relationship with his workmate Lucy, but even ''she'' realizes that Myung is the number one person in his heart.

* ''Manga/{{Diece}}'' is pretty much "Obsessive Devotion: The Manga". Kazuki and Haruki are "kings" in [[DeadlyGame death games]] modeled after [[ChessMotifs chess]]. The bishops and knights on both sides are completely devoted to them - and the bishops have been raised to protect them all their life. Sion and Naoto refer to Kazuki as their only reason for living; Gara and Kirito call Haruki ''their'' only reason for living. Kazuki and Haruki, though, only show that level of single-minded loyalty towards each other.

* Tohru's life in ''Manga/MissKobayashisDragonMaid'' pretty much revolves around Kobayashi. The anime even assigns her the FlowerMotif of a Shepherd's Purse, which means "I offer you my all".

However, Peeta himself is head over heels for her and incredibly devoted to her so he probably just assumes everybody else will see her the way he does. On the other hand, the books are from Katniss's point of view, so it could be that he's right and she just doesn't notice.

* ''Series/OurMissBrooks'': Miss Brooks is devoted to Mr. Boynton, with Miss Enright often appearing as her rival for his affections. [[spoiler:Miss Brooks wins, finally marrying Mr. Boynton in the cinematic grand finale]].
* Buffy from ''Series/BuffyTheVampireSlayer'': Both Angel and Spike are classic examples of characters held in thrall by Buffy. Both before and after being with Buffy, they were creepy stalkers.

* ''Series/TheFlash2014'': Barry Allen to his best friend Iris West. Iris is the love of his life, and there isn't anything in the world Barry wouldn't do for her -- including stepping aside to allow her to be with someone else. At one point, Barry even explicitly states that everything he does, he does for her. While Iris remained oblivious, and later, in denial, of her feelings for him for most of Season One, it was obvious to everyone around her, including her boyfriend Eddie Thawne, her father Joe, and Barry himself (thanks to TimeTravel) that she was every bit in love with Barry as he was with her, and just as devoted to him as he was to her.
