Forensic analysis indicates that each set of deaths corresponded to a loop or turn
in the villain's mansion roller coaster's tracks. (dead)\\\
One (1) individual recovered from under the "Thriller Chiller" roller coaster, dead of [[NeckSnap broken neck]] and massive cranial trauma caused
by getting caught in a acid pit. Later [[GravityIsAHarshMistress fifty-foot fall from an inverted position]]. Individual was seated at the back of said roller coaster, and somehow managed to extricate self from the ride's safety harness halfway through the ride. (dead)\\\
One (1) individual found [[NotEnoughToBury dismembered]] inside the "House of Mirrors" attraction. Left arm was found sixteen feet to the north from the torso. Left leg was found inverted and attached to the ceiling by sinews. [[ImAHumanitarian Right leg was found
in the first PAX live game, possession of Subject 79, partially consumed]] (forensic analysis indicates that teeth marks found on flesh and bone of said leg are human in origin). To date, no trace of right arm has been found. ([[AndIMustScream alive]])

* ''WebVideo/AskAMortician'': Caitlin points out that on several occasions,
the group ventures [[ToHellAndBack to hell so crew of the Essex shipwreck decided against coming onto land because they can bring him back]] while getting feared they would be killed and eaten by cannibalistic tribes. They ended up [[NoPartyLikeADonnerParty eating each other]] after their revenge on the BigBad. When piddly ration stores ran out.
-->'''Caitlin:''' The irony is that, if
they finally get had only chanced those alleged "scary cannibals" in the Society islands, perhaps they themselves wouldn't have to her, she ultimately falls into an acid pit and dies.''become'' the cannibals.

* ''WebAnimation/{{RWBY}}'':
** Roman Torchwick's last words are him shouting about how he's going to "do what I do best: [[IronicLastWords lie, cheat, steal, and survive]]" right before he's EatenAlive by a giant Grimm.
*** For extra irony points, Grimm are attracted to negative emotions. Y'know, like the ones that drive you to beat a disarmed girl with a cane while ranting about how [[SillyRabbitIdealismIsForKids idealism sucks]]. It's very likely that Roman summoned that Nevermore ''himself''.
*** ''Literature/RWBYRomanHoliday'' adds to the irony by revealing that Roman himself had previously tricked someone into getting angry in the presence of a Grimm so that the Grimm would attack them instead of him, making the same mistake that would later prove fatal to Roman.
** [[DirtyCoward Leonardo Lionheart]] betrays Ozpin and the Huntsmen under him out of fear that Salem cannot be defeated. When her forces' attack on Haven fails, [[YouHaveFailedMe Salem executes Lionheart via Seer for his failure]].
** As revealed in Adam's character short, when Adam was horrified with his first kill, [[WellIntentionedExtremist Sienna Khan]] instead praised him and his ability. This would start the growth of Adam's fame among the White Fang and his bloodlust—which would eventually be turned on Sienna herself when he murders her to seize control of the White Fang.
** In his first confrontation with Blake and Yang in Volume 3, Adam Taurus defeats Blake by stabbing her through the stomach, and when Yang charges in to attack, uses his [[ChargedAttack Moonslice]] to defeat Yang and [[AnArmAndALeg slice off her arm]] in a single stroke. In their final fight in Volume 6, Yang's CharacterDevelopment leads to her fighting more cautiously while Adam's SanitySlippage over his repeated failures and obsession with Blake leads to him spamming his Moonslice until it is weak enough that Yang can [[BarehandedBladeBlock grab his sword and disarm him]] with her prosthetic hand, giving her and Blake an opening to fatally stab him through the torso.
** Tired of Cinder's arrogance, Arthur Watts ends up delivering a major TheReasonYouSuckSpeech to her, mocking her for her short-sightedness and entitlement, telling her that if she desires power, she needs to be ''worthy'' rather than simply "deserving". Cinder takes these words to heart in the finale, pulling off a plan that disposes of many of her adversaries...[[GoneHorriblyRight including Watts himself]], whom Cinder traps in the burning Atlas command center.
** James Ironwood swears not to end up like the above-mentioned Leonardo Lionheart. However, his own fear and paranoia of Salem leads to him betraying and abandoning his allies in an attempt to escape Salem's wrath, just as Lionheart did. Yet in the end, with his efforts to save Atlas ultimately in vain, [[BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor Ironwood does indeed get what he wanted]]: while Salem had Lionheart executed, [[NotWorthKilling she completely ignores Ironwood and leaves him to die in the falling Atlas]].
* General W of the ''Wiki/SCPFoundation'' locked two small children in a room with [[http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-682 SCP-682]] an immortal, extremely malevolent EldritchAbomination claiming it was an attempt to kill the ''creature''. They both got brutally murdered. Later, someone else locked ''him'' in a room with 682, claiming ''it'' was an attempt to kill the creature. He got brutally murdered.
** It's all but explicitly stated, however, that this was supposed to be karma.
-->'''Dr. Clef''': Fucking sadistic asshole. I've got no sympathy for that moron whatsoever. Introducing children to this fucking monster? [[EvenEvilHasStandards What the hell…]]

--->Two (2) individuals, male and female, [[BodyHorror fused together at multiple points after emerging from the "Tunnel of Love" dark ride]]. (dead)\\\
One (1) individual wearing a "Happy Hippo" mascot uniform, found dead of suffocation. Mouth, trachea, and lungs were discovered to be filled with a fibrous substance later determined to be identical to the stuffing in said mascot uniform. (dead)\\\
Fifteen (15) individuals recovered from the "Thriller Chiller" roller coaster, [[OffWithHisHead all decapitated by blunt force]]. Witnesses reported that the deaths did not occur simultaneously, but in groups of two, starting with the front row of seats and ending with the back. Forensic analysis indicates that each set of deaths corresponded to a loop or turn in the roller coaster's tracks. (dead)\\\

* In ''Machinima/FalloutLoreTheStoryteller'', the Nuka-Junkie, a psychopath addicted to [[FantasticDrug Nuka-Cola]] who appears in the Season 1 finale and a mini-story arc spanning two episodes in Season 2, is blown up with a Nuka-Grenade, which is a weapon powered by the very same special edition Nuka-Cola Quantum that he was threatening the Storyteller's life for.
* In WebVideo/NonePiece, Luffy gets unreasonably mad at a group of pirate cat neuterers and kills them all by [[FreudWasRight ripping off the front rod of their cat-shaped ship]] and hitting them with it. He even lampshades it.
