* The Togorians, Trianii, Cathars, Farghul and Catumans (among others) of the Franchise/StarWars Expanded Universe. The Kumumgah (more famously known as Sand People or Tusken Raiders) have been reported to look slightly catlike under their bandage-masks; other than being savage, however, they do not correspond at all to pantherine creatures. And the Bothans are sometimes described as feline but look more like civets (small, weasel-shaped carnivores that are closely related to cats).

* In TabletopGame/Midgard, the Southlands, Midgard's version of DarkestAfrica, are home to two separate catfolk races, whose creation myth is that they were the product of a pair of cat-aligned deities who then quarrelled over which kind of cat to make them resemble before going their separate ways. The Basteti are the "generic" catfolk, resembling any non-leonine feline and being the most widely spread. The Nkosi are lion-featured catfolk with the ability to animorphism shapeshift into the forms of lions.
