The joke is that plus the fact that the Liberian flag is quite similar to America's one (same color scheme and even has a star) whereas Brazil's and Turkey's don't really resemble it. So I just replaced them with Puerto Rico and Cuba (flags that are also similar to America's, just click the links) so that the failing to guess angle is preserved but a flag similarity bit is kept.
