It tells an anthology story centered around The Family, a family of thirteen interdimensional demons of incomprehensible evil trying to ruin humanity from the inside in their own neat little ways. Its most infamous installment is The Pancake Family. The NightmareFuel, AdultFear, {{Squick}}-iness, and BodyHorror of this thing is a sight to behold.

* AdultFear: The Pancake Family's AdultFear is arguably ''even worse'' than its infamous BodyHorror. You see, [[spoiler:the Driscoll Family have all been tortured in incomprehensible ways for ''20 years'', but separately, so they have no idea that their relatives are suffering the same fate as themselves. The only sliver of relief in their lives is that at least their loved ones have been spared of the torture. That's completely shattered when Miss Bamer "accidentally" reveals to them that that's not the case at all, [[EvilAllAlong and also indirectly reveals to them she was their torturer]]. Imagine being the father or mother in this situation, Jesus Christ.]]
