* Scootaloo's [[EpicFail attempt at bowling.]] She bucked the ball.

* On hearing about the Cutie Pox, some of the ponies change into {{Hazmat suit}}s, cmplete with Radioactivity Cutie Mark.

** Her attempt at psychoanalyzing Rainbow Dash when she thinks Rainbow is angry at Applejack for some reason. Twilight puts her mane in a PrimAndProperBun, and makes Rainbow lie on a bench and talk about her "issues".

** Which is also funny as in context, Rarity asked her a question and Opalescence didn't reply because she's a cat and doesn't speak English, but Rarity acts like she replied.

** "Hi girrrrls" is always funny to me.

* The new BigBad, Discord, is a wa-flying, talking continuous CrowningMomentOfFunny; when he's not being just a little bit scary.

* Much of Applejack and Apple Bloom's interaction, when it isn't a CrowningMomentOfHeartwarming.

* Spike's dream about giving Rarity an ice cream house. [[CrowningMomentOfHeartwarming And he made it just for her.]]
