That is, until Arata and Nokia take them on a food tour, at which point you might realize they like food. ''A lot.'' As one would expect, a Digimon is behind the photos: to be accurate, a Lilymon taking selfies. After defeating Lilymon, she reveals she's got a crush on the guy, and refuses to leave the phone, claiming she'll hang up his calls if he ever talks with pretty girls. The guys reaction to the borderline-{{Yandere}} Ultimate-level Digimon haunting his cell phone is remarkably blase, and casually admits he doesn't have to worry about his calls being disconnected over conversations with pretty ladies: [[spoiler: he's gay]].

So it turns out that never happenned. Apparently I made it up in my head.


* Later in the game during an otherwise completely serious cutscene, [[spoiler: The Eater-fused Arata launches into his manifesto about his obsession with getting stronger by consuming more and more data. About halfway through the speech, Aiba goes silent...and starts [[ContemplatingOurNavels staring blankly]] at the ranting Arata, due to their body deteriorating and causing them to glitch out. Arata takes notice and, just for a moment, gets flustered and calls Aiba out before wrapping his speech up. While Arata's SanitySlippage and the protagonist's deterioration are played seriously, it's rather funny seeing a monologuing villain actually getting ''annoyed'' when it looks like the hero isn't paying attention to their long-winded speech.]]
