Fridge logic mirror also applies to Missi

** However, new silver mirrors are very rares, and rares (and most of them are used in scientific products), so a mass-product mirror like the ones in fitting rooms are much more likely using a metal base made from aluminium, or another metal cheaper than silver.
** On her own way, that applies to Missi too. In this episode it reveals that Duke is a fully transformed vampire turned into this state by the old classical way: another vampire's bite. While Missi is only partly transformed and turns back to human when she's not holding the cane. In '' The Silence'' we can see that, when she's in vampire form, mirrors still reflect her, but only her human form. Meanwhile in '' Raised by Bats'', she appears on the same numerical smartphone screen than Duke, also on her vampire form.

Duke appearing on smartphone screen but not on mirrors

to:

* In the very first episode, ''The Night'', a freeze-frame bonus shows that Duke doesn't reflect in mirrors. The same detail is kept in ''Raised by Bats'' (Duke doesn't appear in the mirror of the fitting room). But we can briefly see him on the smartphone screen of one of the three passers-by who mock his outfit at the beginning of the episode. Why? Because smartphone cameras work with digital photography, while the tradition of the vampire not appearing on the mirror, analog photos or early movies comes from the time where those items were partly made from silver.

Touched up a bit of Fridge Brilliance.

* If Duke and Missi still hate themselves by the beggining of ''Stuck with you'', why do they live together '''before''' growing positive feelings for each other ? Probably because after the "Showdown", they both understood that they could not physically overpower the other, and therefore they can't expel themselves from the castle - Missi having lost the element of surprise she had in "Resurrection". But also probably because they are now both in the ideal place for their own motives : Duke to take the cane back, and Missi to torment him.

* During ''Stuck With You'', the ObviouslyEvil Duke holds, with a disgusted look on its face, a Missi's magazine, on the cover of which it is written "Comes with two free kittens!". Probably just an innocent joke, right ? Latter, Missi reminds Duke he "drowned [her] kitties one by one", holding her usual cat, soaked and shocked but alive. At the first screening, it seems that it is only to stick to the lyrics of the song, no matter if Missi has only one cat, who is still alive. And at the second viewing, we can make the connection, and notice that the kittens mentioned in the magazine are nowhere to be seen... Missi even angrily adds "You looked like you were having fun!"

* Duke is always "voiced" by Voltaire, so why is Missi "voiced" by multiple different singers? Because unlike Duke, she's going through a severe identity crisis.

* The fact that becoming a vampire turned Missi bisexual, and the fact that the Duke is pansexual actually makes sense from a pragmatic standpoint. [[KissOfTheVampire There's something inherently erotic about the vampire's depiction of feeding]], and that can make you hesitant around someone you aren't physically attracted to. Vampires being made bisexual keeps them from being picky eaters, especially if pickings might be slim for a certain sex.

* The centaur in the underworld having a thing going with Duke probably explains why his neck was covered up.

* If WordOfGod says that Duke is more powerful then Missi, why does he just hang out outside instead of storming in and taking his staff and house back? Simple. He’s a vampire [[MustBeInvited and vampires need to be invited inside.]]

** Chapter 4 confirms that throwing the cane away from herself turns her back to normal.

* Missi being stuck in that corner for the day after the events of The Night nicely illustrates how much of a hold the cane has on her, since letting go of it would have allowed her to walk right out of there. It’s possible she could have even thrown it across the room and retrieved it if she’d been willing to let go of it.
** This, of course, assumes that the transformation is temporary and only while holding the cane. If it's permanent, or based on some concept of ownership other than physical possession (she got it by killing the previous owner, after all), that might not have worked.
