In the years after their FinalBattle against, the Hurricanegers all went their separate ways from one another, only to reunite once more when a mysterious terrorist known as "[=HurricaneDark=]" begins carrying out bombings against Space Unified Ninja School locations. [=HurricaneDark=]'s true identity is none other than Yousuke Shiina, TheLeader of the Hurricanegers, who apparently went rogue in the years since his teammates last saw him. Making things more complicated is the emergence of a new Jakanja member, Zero Spear Bat Zhe Rumba, who has enlisted the help of Wendinu and Furabijo to go after the Hurricanegers' Shinobi medals, as well as mysterious boy named Tenkai. What connection do these things all share, and will the Hurricanegers be able come together to stop the new threat? It's up to the Hurricanegers to once more prove their worth as ninjas.

Here the Hurricanegers (sans the deceased Shurikenger) reunite once more to combat the threat of the new Jakanja member, Zero Spear Bat Zhe Rumba who seeks to find the reincarnation of the Evil Will, the previous show's BigBad, in order to take its power to conquer the universe with help from Wendinu and Furabijo, both of whom turn up alive after being believed to be dead. It's up to the Hurricanegers to stop the new threat and once more prove their worth as ninjas.
