In canon, Haku refused to kill anyone, something that Zabuza insisted made him too soft. In this story, Haku originally plans to force Tenten to murder a random homeless person in order to "get rid of her innocence". When she categorically refuses, Hake instead orders her to have sex with Naruto for the same reason. He even goes so far as to state that the only reason he's not raping her himself is because he's not interested in women.

* AdaptationalVillainy: In canon, Sasuke started out gruff and unfriendly but eventually warmed up to his team. He ''did'' become outright villainous, but only due to [[MoreThanMindControl several]] [[SanitySlippage mitigating]] [[WithGreatPowerComesGreatInsanity factors]]. In this story, Sasuke's a psychopath ready to murder his teammates at the drop of a hat from the very beginning. Notably, when Sakura tells Sasuke she "wants to understand him better", he rants at her and threatens to murder her parents.

** The sex Naruto and Ino had was [[GoodPeopleHaveGoodSex so good]] that, combined with lingering traces of the aphrodisiac in Ino's system, she comes to associate Naruto with sex and grows intensely aroused from anything he says or does that can be interpreted as sexual.

* InSpiteOfANail: Despite Sarutobi surviving his battle with Orochimaru, Naruto and Jiraiya still have to track down Tsunade, though this time it’s because she’s the only one who can potentially cure the poison Orochimaru afflicted Sarutobi with.

* RealityEnsues:
** After Kurenai drunkenly attacks Naruto due to a number of factors (only one or two of which involved him), the boy refuses to keep helping her with Hinata even after she apologizes. When she tries to guilt him over how much their sessions have helped Hinata's confidence, Naruto basically tells her that it's too bad for Hinata but it's really not his problem and Kurenai should've thought of that before she assaulted him.
** As the son of the current and longest reigning Hokage, Asuma is very politically important and ends up facing the possibility of getting married to the Daimyo's daughter to foster better relations between Konoha and the Land of Fire's government, rather than being allowed to continue his relationship with Kurenai.
*** While Asuma doesn't marry the Daimyo's daughter, his extremely impersonal treatment of Kurenai during the princess's visit causes her to break things off with him, even if she knows why he did so.
** As the new owner of Kubikiribōchō, Naruto attracts a great deal of interest from parties who want the sword for themselves for one reason or another. While some are willing to accept it's not for sale, others are willing to kill for it.
** Even though Rasa is SparedByTheAdaptation, the invasion still occurs as he had willingly allied with Orochimaru to destroy Konoha to insure Suna's prosperity.
** Multiple factions want Naruto to join them but have all realized that he's too physically powerful, and potentially politically important, to force so they have to find a way to coerce him into willingly defecting from Konoha.
** Though Haku and Kabuto genuinely love each other, the fact they're on opposite sides of the invasion drives them apart. While Orochimaru ''would'' welcome Naruto and Haku with open arms, Naruto refuses to defect from Konoha and Haku [[UndyingLoyalty refuses to consider turning against Naruto]].
** After the invasion's beaten, Naruto learns from Jiraiya that they're both facing charges for treason. While Naruto's shocked and horrified, Jiraiya calmly notes they ''did'' knowingly conceal evidence of a significant threat to the village. Fortunately, Naruto's let off with a slap on the wrist[[note]]For his actions in the invasion, Naruto's promoted to Jonin. For not telling Sarutobi about said invasion, he's demoted to Chuunin[[/note]].

* RelatedInTheAdaptation: Mei Terumi is the [[HeroicBastard illigitimate daughter of the third Mizukage]]

* SexGod: Naruto is this due to his Uzumaki vitality and caring nature. He is a stamina freak that can go longer then most men but does everthing he can to make his partner or partners feel as good as he does.

* InsaneTrollLogic: Tenten initially believes that Naruto has the Kubikiribōchō because ''Sasuke'' beat Zabuza.

* EntitledBastard: When Hinata is offered the chance to be Naruto's first wife, Hiashi states that the Hyuuga clan will only accept if Naruto not only promises to never attempt to remove the caged bird seal but also share ''all'' of his clan secrets. Kurenai, the one Hiashi is making these demands to, basically tells him to piss off and reminds Hiashi that the Hokage specficially offered the opportunity to Hinata. Hiashi's opinion is unneeded and unwanted.

** In canon Ino was straight and only showed interest in one type of guy. Here she is Bi and wants to marry both Naruto and Sakura.

** Haku is gay rather than strait.
