* RealityEnsues: Ash and friends intend to restore the Pokemon World to it's original state once Ash wins the bet against the Beyonder, but as the story progresses the moral implications of altering the world a second time start to give some of the characters pause. Professor Oak for example has a second grandchild in the new timeline, Daisy Oak, who he's very fond of, and to his horror he realizes that if the world is restored to it's original state, she would be erased from existence.

** Ash intends to go to Rota and free Lucario from Sir Arron's staff early this time around, hoping to avoid Pikachu being accidentally abducted by Mew and the events that resulted in Lucario's death, allowing him to survive this time around and help Ash save the world. Brock points out to Ash however that even if Lucario survives in the new timeline, he'd go right back to being dead if the world was restored to it's original state anyway, which gives Ash pause and makes him question if it's fair on Lucario to restore his memories of the old timeline to recruit his help knowing he would have to die again anyway.

* JerkGod: The Beyonder knows full well that the mortals living in the world's he's tampering with wouldn't take kindly to him altering reality for his games, but explicitly doesn't care, reasoning that as a higher being most mortals are like ants compared to him and not his problem, so their well-being is of less concern to him than his own sense of enjoyment. Ash, Angie and Arceus all resent him over this.

* KidHero: Sonic the hedgehog and the original Freedom Fighters were all 10 years old when Dr Eggman first tried to take over the world and they banded together to fool his plans. In present time Sonic is 16 years old, so more of a teen hero. His sidekick Tails still counts however, being 10 years old.
