* You can find Clanden's snuff films and present them to Marie Pappas, the head officer of the NCR Embassy's military police, which makes sense but it doesn't present itself as an option to you. This is because it actually is a legitimate option in the games files, but one of Cachino's dialogues is bugged and doesn't set the required objective correctly, which locks out the option to tell Marie Pappas the identity of the man in the tapes.

* The most common ways of entering the Brotherhood of Steel's bunker in Hidden Valley is through Veronica's quest, lockpicking the door, or finding the password on one of the dead Paladins out in the world. However, if by some chance the player has completed the Enclave Remnant's quest and learns how to use power armor, you can fool the guards at the intercom into thinking your one of the Paladin's sent out if you have the password and Brotherhood of Steel power armor on. Major characters inside will know it's a trick, but the fact this exists in a specific order, stands out.

** Related to this; normally players are told to go to Nipton by NCR Ranger Ghost at the Mojave Outpost. If they already have been to Nipton when they speak to her, she'll request you scout it out, but your dialogue changes a bit and you tell her you've already been to Nipton, thus allowing you to save time. If you haven't gone yet, most players wind up running into Vulpes, but you can complete the quest without meeting him if you instead talk to Boxcars, who is hiding in the general store. Talking to him is treated as finding out what happens, so you can choose to talk to him and avoid the Legion entirely.

* If you follow the recommended path of the main questline you will likely finish the sidequest "Come Fly with Me" in the REPCONN Test Site before you even talk to Veronica, who can only be encountered in the 188 Trading Post, a place a fair bit ahead. However, if for some reason you recruit Veronica before doing that quest and bring her along with you, she will have unique dialogue for it, comparing Jason Bright with her old mentor, Elijah. This dialog even counts as one of the triggers needed to start her companion quest.
