When a part of the marketing was built around finally playing as a woman in a Call Of Duty game, he should have at the very least mentioned it as a possibility, even if just for complaining about some of the issues with the female PC writing. His primary constituents are that Nintendo wanks the Mario and Zelda franchises relentlessly, whilst the majority of the show was taken by stellar entries like ''VideoGame/CodeNameSteam'', ''VideoGame/Splatoon'', ''VideoGame/YoshisWoollyWorld'', ''VideoGame/XenobladeChroniclesX'', and more, with only ''Splatoon'' getting a bare mention by him; he complains about the overload of cinematic cutscenes with nary a demo, whereas the latter was the entirety of Nintendo's performance, with every automated sequence being in-engine; and he omits the Treehouse completely, where the fans got to see more of these lovely games in action. Bad enough on its own, but when added to his history of anti-Nintendo sentiment, it paints a very ugly picture on how much of a hypocrite he's become. Ben Croshaw, do the world a favor and slice the "professional" out of your "professional troll" title if this is how you're going to be.

His comments quickly review that the tutorial is FORTY FIVE MINUTES LONG, and an hour and a half if you're very slow. If he had played it properly and hated it, he could have probably made a funnier review where he actually bashes the game for what it does wrong.

Not only does he insult the country and the people who live there, but asks why anyone would want to take over America. Why? It's one of the most powerful countries in the world, and is the basis of global economy!

Even aside from that most of the moves in the game have a unique mechanic and - compared to other fighting games - normally have a slow animation time, the fact that the game only uses two buttons for fighting with and no combos should tell you that he's completely off the ball on this review. Especially bad when he says anyone who complained about his review is a Nintendo fanboy afterwards!
** Tropers/{{Quarma}}: He claims that it's impossible to defeat anyone better than you, but also claims that you will lose to any spaz who button mashes. What happens if you buttonmash like a spaz when you fight someone better than you?
** Tropers/{{Godhumanmonster}}: While Plasma touched upon it above, I really feel the need to point out the narcissism of the [[http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/zero-punctuation/37-Mailbag-Showdown Mailbag Showdown]], which existed solely to insult anyone who took offense at the ''Brawl'' review. Ironically, considering the video wasn't about games or game-related issues but the negative responses to his opinion, the whole segment made Yahtzee come across as petty and insecure as the people he was insulting.

About halfway through he abandons talking about the game completely in order to filibuster about what the Final Fantasy series has become and devotes no time at all to any of the game's more redeeming features, thus making him sorely guilty of bias.
** Tropers/MainMainJ: For me the worst part was that he ''had'' to know there was no way he was going to play that game to completion, yet he handed in a half-assed review of the game ANYWAY, just to piss off the fanboys.

He pretty much just insults everyone who entered, saying that even the winners made crap. His tone isn't even a sort of "Oh, but you know I'm kidding," type of tone. He just insults his fans and doesn't care.
* Tropers/{{P2theSnake}}: I'm gonna go with his E3 2010 video - the dethroning moment is how he considers the new Donkey Kong Country and a new Kid Icarus as rehashed games doomed from the start. Hasn't it been about two decades since the last Kid Icarus?

The only compliments he gives it are completely backhanded. The review culminates in him calling anyone who might like the game a hermit with a severe NostalgiaFilter, saying in no uncertain terms that the franchise had nowhere to go and vitriolically calling for its retirement. I know better than to come to Yahtzee for his opinions, but it seems that's all this is--a soapbox rant over a franchise he personally doesn't like.

The game does a lot of things that he has claimed in the past that games ''should'' do, but he ignores those here and spends the entire review bashing a control scheme that's completely customizable. He makes it clear he's doing it because it's a Nintendo game because he opens the review trying to justify himself for that and in the follow-up ''Extra Punctuation'' column, he merely insults people for calling him out on it - even going so far as to call them "butthurt" while not talking about the actual game at all. What's really aggravating is that this was a game designed to ''need'' the 3D, but he plays the entire game with 3D off and then [[InsaneTrollLogic complains that it looks too cluttered while simultaneously dismissing the 3D as a useless gimmick]] like he usually does.

All the faults above are very true, but it's only compounded by [[CriticalResearchFailure minor research failure]] (he implies there was only one ''Kid Icarus'' game before ''Uprising'', completely ignoring ''Of Myths and Monsters''), and then he chides Nintendo for not thinking of a better villain from Greek mythology.

Add in [[HypocriticalHumor hypocrisy]] and [[FanHater fan hating]], and one can expect nasty results.

* Tropers/{{Tidalwave11}}: It really seems like Yahtzee was trying to force himself to hate {{Dead Space 2}} during its review, considering how he disliked the original, to the point of it being painful to watch.Though he goes on so much about minor stuff like vents and the large former population of children on the Titan Station, he never actually makes a single conclusion to what he thinks of the game. ''Not a single one''. He also criticises how only Nicole is the only one to pop up in Isaac's hallucinations and none of the other people he sees getting killed. Probably because he doesn't know those people personally, and that the marker's screwing with him by taking the form of her. [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking The jokes were also very bad.]]

* Tropers/{{PKSuper}}: His review of [[MonsterHunter Monster Hunter Tri,]] for several things. First is the fact the fact that he rails against the game for telling him to run from a monster that is very much out of his league, as you rightfully should, as the Lagiacrus is invulnerable to damage in that particular quest. Next he makes the game out nothing but fetch and kill x amount of monster y quests, whereas if he had bothered to put an earnest effort into playing the game he would have found out that yes, you ''do actually fight large monsters like the ones in the cinematic.'' Which brings one to wonder ''what the hell was he actually doing'' during the hours he supposedly put into the game? An average player would have gotten to the large monster quests within 2 hours ''max'', even if it was their first time playing. Even worse, he states that the reason for the frequent loading between areas are because of the [[DidNotDoTheResearch Wii's processor,]] despite the series appearing on not only the PS2 (where such loading existed as well), but the ''PSP'' and ''PC'' as well with such loading screens. And those are [[BeyondTheImpossible just the most glaring]] problems that his review has. But the absolute worst part of it is that after committing one CriticalResearchFailure after another despite ''having the source material itself,'' the viewer wouldn't know unless they looked it up themselves or had prior experience with the series.
