Anna Cooke Kendrick (born August 9, 1985 in Portland, Maine) is an American actress best known for her role as Beca in the ''Film/PitchPerfect'' trilogy (in which she won a Grammy award for the soundtrack). She also was nominated for an Oscar for ''Literature/UpInTheAir'' and played Jessica in the ''Literature/{{Twilight}}'' movies.
