An 18-year old trainer employed as an archaeologist for the league. He was born in Tilt Village of Oblivia, but grew up in Rustboro, Hoenn. He lived most of his early years very isolated from others, which has created an introverted young man with an affinity for the Bug-types he grew up with.

He met up with the group at the airport, and has occasionally stepped up into a leadership role when needed. Afterwards he slips right back into quietly following and awkwardly trying to break the ice with his teammates. The journey has begun to cause him to develop inner strength, but he is still burdened with a large amount of self-doubt and insecurity.

Anom has become an Anorith, defeated two glitches, and come back from complete subatomization over the course of the journey.

A 20 year old Pokemon Trainer from a nondescript town in Kanto near Viridian City. Tagg started his own Pokemon journey ten years before the events of the story with an unnamed Bulbasaur, making him one of the most experienced Trainers in the group.

Within the first few years of his journey, Tagg ended up collecting the badges of the Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn regions and had several run ins with Teams Rocket, Magma, and Aqua, as well as Cipher in Orre. During this time he also met Groudon and recieved a Blue Orb from him. At the age of 16 he tired of simply doing battles and joined the [[ThePokedexExtendedFanonEdition Expanded Pokedex Project]], which allowed him to explore a good portion of the world for science, [[spoiler: and take down a MegaCorp in the process.]]

When he was 17, he traveled to Sinnoh for research and Gym Badges, and got involved in the fight against Team Galactic concurrently to DS' own journey, though neither was aware of each other at the time, and Tagg's own involvement was behind the scenes. Afterwards, he wandered around again, having many more adventures, before ending up at an airport and meeting the people that would become his closest friends.

Since then, Tagg's become a Mudkip, helped kill two glitches, helped take down a Team Rocket admin, earned all eight Unovan Gym Badges, [[spoiler: ended up in a tie with Fool at the GC]], [[spoiler: helped calm Primal Dialga at the end of a months stay in an alternate universe]], and has gone on other crazy adventures with said friends.

After playing around with everyone, he decided to join Tagg to see the world. Quirky and fairly artistic, Vanilluxe can be rather strange, but is smarter than many give him credit for. He also fathered two children with Audilith the Gigalith, Qui-Gon and Benny, surprisingly. While he doesn't have the greatest physical defense, he has great special defense and has the third highest special attack amongst Tagg's Unovan Pokemon, only beaten out by Helios and Hydreigon.

Eventually, he managed to get all the badges from Kanto and Johto (As well as Hoenn, later on) but compared to a whole lot of other people on the team his adventure wasn't really that interesting. There weren't even any evil teams to take down or anything like that.\\
After finishing up with Hoenn, he went back to Johto to settle down for a couple months, before going on a flight to Sinnoh.\\

He didn't get far, though, before something weird happened (No-one knows what) and he became an NPC for some indeterminate amount of time. He did the usual NPC thing: Standing in place, repeating the same thing, not aging somehow, all that jazz. Needless to say, it got old fast. Fortunately, he returned to normal when the rest of the group came by. Pretty good timing, I might add. Was it fate? Was it simply dumb luck? More importantly, who cares?\\
During his travels, he has turned into an Ursaring, gotten stuck to the ceiling, turned into a blobfish, been revealed to have a Mind of Crystal, gotten to the quarter finals in the Gold Conference, and a whole bunch of other stupid stuff like that.\\

A 20 year old Pokémon Trainer from New Bark Town in Johto. Luke started his journey two years before the events of the story with a Totodile named Lake.

Luke and his Pokémon journeyed across Johto and Kanto, having several mis-adventures that involved, amongst other things, disbanding a Team Rocket remnant after they attacked the Goldenrod Radio Tower and finding out he was the one [[TheChosenOne destined to bring Ho-oh back to the land of Johto,]] Luke eventually challenged and won against the Pokémon league, earning the title of a Pokémon Champion.

Looking for stronger Trainers to fight, Luke and his Team travelled to Sinnoh where they met up with a RagTagBunchofMisfits who just so happened to have a strange robot like Pokémon they had never seen before. After getting tangled up in the fight against Missingo, Luke and his Pokémon joined the group permanently.

Since then, Luke has been turned into a Totodile, helped fight and kill Two glitch Pokémon, befriended far too many legendary Pokémon to count, become a PEFE Researcher and defeated ''Red'' in public competition, amongst many other things.

Lake was given to Luke by Professor Elm to be his starter Pokemon for his journey through Johto. The two quickly became such good friends that Lake has never left his side since. Despite his large and fierce appearance, Lake is actually a very gentle Pokémon who can't bear to see others unhappy. He can't help but try to help others, often going as far to give them hugs to make them feel better. This often tends to work.

After an easy capture, Stratus explained that he had been looking for a trainer so that he could take part in the Gold Conference in order to try and impress his Gyarados Father, who had exiled Stratus from his home on Pokémon Island after failing to win a battle against him.

Although Stratus was perfectly capable of battling, everyone soon found he had a serious problem: he couldn't fly very well at all. Thankfully, though, Jayna, DS' Flygon, was more than happy to teach Stratus how to fly properly. Which has lead Stratus to develop a bit of a crush on her.

In combat, Stratus takes advantage of his Dragon power to use all sorts of attacks, such as Dragon Claw, Fire Punch and Aqua Tail, amongst others, making him a rather unpredictable opponent.

Now an Ampharos, Woolly has spent the second longest time on the team, just behind Lake. Woolly is always cheerful, and although some find her constant perkiness quite annoying, most can't help but smile whenever Woolly's about. Although Woolly often ends up getting into trouble, which often ends on the rest of the team having to bail her out. However, as of late, she has become much more sensible. To such an extent that she has skillfully taken charge in one or two situations.

Woolly is far from helpless though. She maybe a bit ditzy, but in battle, Woolly is a force to be reckoned with. As well as knowing devastating Special attacks such as Thunderbolt, Signal Beam, and Focus Blast, Woolly can stop foes in their tracks with Thunderwave, or render herself nearly untouchable with a combination of Cotton Guard and Light Screen. Because of this, Woolly is a bit of a jack of all trades, but leans mostly towards specializing in Special Attacks.

A 20 year old Pokémon trainer from Twinleaf town in Sinnoh. She began her journey two years before the events of the story, starting out with a Chimchar named [=HotStuff=].

On her first day as a trainer, DS had a brief encounter with Mesprit at Lake Verity. Soon afterwards, she found that in addition to taking the gym challenge so she could one day become the champion, DS found herself facing a much bigger challenge: Taking down the villanous Team Galactic. With the help of the Lake Trio and Cynthia, DS eventually confronted Cyrus in the Distortion world, and after calming down Giratina, managed to put a stop to his plans of destroying and recreating the universe.

After challenging the Elite Four and becoming the Sinnoh champion, DS spent most of her time working on her Pokédex, exploring the rest of Sinnoh and challenging the Battle Frontier. One day, she heard that strange things had been happening at Canalave city, and ended up meeting with a group of trainers who had already taken care of the problem. Having nothing better to do, and wanting to make some new friends, DS decided to join them.

Since then, DS has been turned into an Eevee, helped fight and kill two glitch Pokémon, earned the eight Unova gym badges, and saved Kyurem from Ghetsis amongst many other things.

A 19 year old explorer from Johto, Wolf was introduced into the world of Pokemon at quite a young age, when his parents allowed him to keep a Vulpix he had bonded with while lost in the woods around Ecruteak City. Maekrite is tasked to protect Silent as the Colony consider him an important element to their welfare. Rex grew up in Goldenrod City with his mother, an ex-Gym Trainer by the name of Faith. His father left when he was young, cutting off all communication after a few months. While Rex’s mother was available to care for and love him, he never made any friends his own age. Most other children would go playing with their Pokémon on the routes outside of town, but he had to stay within the city, due to not having any of his own. Instead, when he wasn’t reading in his room, he would hang around the Game Corner, enthralled by the lights and sounds. Eventually, a generous patron gave him some spare coins after their own generous win, allowing him to purchase his own Pokémon as a prize. It was then that he met his Eevee, Rascal.

Rex and Rascal formed an immediate bond, the little boy excited to finally have a friend of his own. Rather than playing with others, they would explore various parts of town and have their own “adventures”. Eventually, as Rex became older, he became aware of the Pokémon battles that other people were partaking in. Deciding to use them as a way to finally get others to notice them, Rex challenged the first person he came across, a girl who had recently moved into the city. Unfortunately, she easily defeated him on three separate occasions. Devastated, Rex decided to give up on battling, returning to his childhood games. But, despite his love for Rascal, he still felt empty inside, the games no longer as amusing as they used to be.

Six months later, Rex became aware that the girl who defeated him was actually the new gym leader of the Goldenrod Gym, Whitney. Feeling a sudden twinge of resolve, Rex was determined to surpass her and all of the other trainers in Goldenrod. At the beginning of the next Johto League Season, Rex set out with Rascal, beginning what would later become an unusual adventure.

On his journey, Rex rescued a poached Zorua and Lapras (both of which were added to his team), became an apprentice researcher under Professor Elm, trained in Dragon's Den, and defeated fourteen of the sixteen Gym Leaders of the Indigo Plateau. He is currently undecided about what profession to pursue, something that is only further hampered by the constant antics of the J-Team.

While he is from Unova, he has also spent a lot of time in Sinnoh tracking down unique Ice type Pokémon. He has also spent a few years working as a gym trainer in the Snowpoint City gym.

A 16-year-old dark-specializing trainer from Castelia, Unova. Although he is most fond of Dark types and hopes to one day become a Dark type gym leader (though is doing little to actively pursue this dream), he is also highly fond of Ghost types, his first being a Shedinja who enjoys questionable hobbies and pastimes, not unlike Malgent himself.

Malgent's best friend from childhood was Every Memito, whom he met during a run-in with Krokorok. Many of them. After somehow managing to escape with both their internal organs still safely inside their bodies, they became friends from then on. They continued together for several years afterward, but then separated before meeting up once again.

In childhood he was given the nickname "Onion." This wasn't based on a mannerism or aspect of his appearance, it was simply to annoy him. However, he came to be fond of the nickname and still uses it.

Head of the Fossil-Back courier service, at 24 he was born in Blackthron City but has roots in Rustboro in Hoenn and Nacrene in Unova. He developed a fear of dragons at a young age but after the incident [[spoiler:Involving his AU self Paresse]] he appears to have overcome this fear. Not much is known about him other then his family was cursed by [[spoiler:Meloetta.]] After some time away it seems he and Paresse have become friends, the reasons for this at the moment remain to be seen.
