* DirtyCoward: When it boils down to it, [[spoiler: she would gladly sell out her own friends and send them to their deaths to give herself a few extra minutes of life. And when it's just her and Laura, she's a snivelling pathetic mess begging for mercy.]]

* ImStandingRightHere: He talked smack about Laura even in light of her committing suicide, stating that she deserved to be cyber-bullied. Of course he was unaware that Laura became a murderous ghost with a chip in her shoulder and had been watching them all since the beginning of the movie. Suddenly it makes sense that [[spoiler: his death was one of the most painful and gruesome.]]

* MakeAnExampleOfThem: [[spoiler: Val's death was at least subtle enough to draw the group's attention. Ken's was apparant, brutal and unnatural enough to make it clear that something is after them and won’t tolerate resistance.]]

* {{Jerkass}}: In part because we don't see else much of her, she has less redeemable traits than the rest of the cast. And even ''they'' don't like her for her abrasive attitude overall.

* KickTheDog: She told Laura to kill her self in response to her trying to apologize. ''Wow.''

* AlphaBitch: Hinted to be the reason so many people were cyber-bulling her after the embarrassing video.

* BatmanGambit: Personally harasses Blaire in a way that makes her suspect Val might be behind it. Blaire invites Val to skype, which is what Laura wanted, because she hated Val most of all in life and wanted to kill her first. With that said, she currently hates her so-called "friends" even ''more''.

* ILied: [[spoiler: She made a deal with Adam in secret to spare their lives in exchange for Jess. Instead she makes a point to rat him out for it as part of her game, and kills him ''[[KarmicDeath before]]'' Jess.]]

* RealityWarper: Her spirit can hijack people's accounts to post private information, control their software, impersonate a cop when Adam tries to call for help, [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking make memes of her friends gruesome deaths]], and force people to kill themselves.

* TranquilFury: She is undoubtably enraged [[spoiler: over her former friends driving her to her death]]. That said her messages, despite being filled with taunts and death threats, are very articulate and mockingly playful at times.

* KarmicDeath: When Laura tried apologize to stop the cyberbullying, Val told her to kill herself in response. [[spoiler: She later kills Val in a way looks the most like a suicide out of the teens' deaths and tops it off by sending this message to them.]]

* AssholeVictim: Jess bullied Laura along with everyone else, even going as far to deface her own grave.

* TheSociopath: Show signs of being this throughout the film, especially since [[spoiler: literally all she'd have to do to save her friends and even save herself is confess to what she did and take responsibility for her actions. Instead, she avoids doing so like the plague, gets her friends killed, and desperately tries to weasel her way out of the consequences of what she's done and refuses to admit to doing.]]

Eventually he gets so frustrated at them [[spoiler: and Blaire’s hypocritical NiceGirl persona]] that he uses the game to reveal that [[spoiler: [[YourCheatingHeart Blaire lost his virginity to him just to spite her and Mitch.]]]]
